I, Kumkum, am a residence of CKP, Jharkhand and we availed airtel XStream fiber connection in the month of May for 3 months and it was supposed to disconnect its service by August 16 or something but in the mid of August we left our home for some inconvenience back in our home state Odisha. From that day onwards we have not used the Wi-Fi since. But on 9th December 2024 all of a sudden, we receive a Wi-Fi bill from an email [protected]@airtel.com but I am very sure that this must be a fraud because we opted for a pre-paid service and so getting a bill doesn't make any sense and it mentions false past records of bills paid and service taken.
