[Resolved] Airtel — I didnt receive my refund amount | |||||
Dear Airtel, had applied for broadband connection. but i didnt get the connection for more than 12 days. So i opted for other internet providers. When i asked for the refund amount, they asked me to get it from airtelonlinerefund mode. I did the same. Still i have not heard anything about the status of my cheque. Also i am not able to check the status of my cheque. Please provide the status of my cheque and procedure to find the status in future. Hi Akanksha/Airtel,
Its more than 15 days since i provided you the details requested. Still i didn't hear anything from you.
So can i assume that airtel is trying to cheat on me or airtel has a bunch of lazy people or airtel is very poor in customer care or airtel does not have the guts to face the customer incase they have made some mistakes or airtel does not have the potential to be fair to the customers.
You want the customer to reply withing one day but you dont respond for 15 day. Thats really a strange attitude you have on your customers.
