Airtel — I don't receive incoming calls.

I have not been receiving incoming calls for the past two weeks. Whoever is calling on my mobile number [protected], is calling them "busy". But outgoing calls are not having any difficulty. I have use J2 SAMSUNG phone and Airtel 4G SIM. I have tried all the tricks. Changed the slot of the SIM from 01 to 02, it also did not profit.
