Airtel — i have done a recharge of 448 r's.. but it is not credited in my mobile number. i have recharged on 26/01/2018

On 26th January I HV done a recharge of R's 448 through corporation Bank.the details of transaction are
CN[protected]
MERCHANT NAME : INDIA ideasotc.

I request you to solve my problem. I have also received a message to my number that amount has be credited. But I didn't received it. Please process my request.
