[Resolved] Airtel — i, 'm complaining about sms are not coming on my airtel sim card

Hi team,
I am not getting any sms on my airtel number [protected]. I had called with customer care but they said that your compliant is registered and you will get get sms after 42 hrs of complaint. But still i'm not getting any sms for authentication. I'm getting trouble for transferring money from bank account, paytm otp's etc. Kindly take it on priority. Kindly resolve it asap.
Since last 1month im not getting otp etc for further processess.
Kindly resolve it on priority.
