Airtel — I m complaining about the network issue in our area

From the past 4-6 months the network of airtel is not coming properly on an average during a month 2 weeks there is disturbance in the network of airtel and when we complained to airtel customer care they were like we were restarting there systems in tower to upgrade it and when i spoke that for 4 months you are restarting the system he started to talking in arrogantly and when i told him that i will change the operator he was like ok leave naa humko farak nhi padta so my request is to look into the matter and the most important is that the network issue in our area
