My mobile balance is deducted. Kindly provide me details of my sim call chargres details. Along with date & time. It will be a great help for me. Awaiting for your reply.
Please give me details asap otherwise i will have port my sim to other network

Airtel Customer Care's response Dear Gauri,

This is with reference to your post dated 16 July 2017.

Please SMS “EPREBILL <Month Name> Email id” To 121 to get the bill with outgoing call details on your E-mail id.

However, incoming call details cannot be provided due to unavailability of the same with us.
