Airtel — I was paying rs 1000 to paytm,payment declined but money got deducted from airtel wallet

I had sent a sum of 1000rs to paytm no. [protected] from airtel wallet (Registered no. Is [protected]). Payment was not successful and paytm gave me message that they had started refund but still i have not got any money yet... I am attaching screenshots... I even filed a complaint in paytm alao... I am not getting any option... Please see the matter and help me
