[Resolved] Airtel — I wish to surrender my postpaid connection | |||
Respected Sir, I had been using an airtel dongle with connection number [protected] till January 2017. I paid all the due bills and requested the company to stop all services as I did not wish to continue. But I still receive at least 12 computer generated voice calls in a day, asking me to pay my due bills for February and March 2017. I am a busy person and all these calls are very disturbing in nature. This harassment needs to stop. I have not used the dongle in February and March and I have requested for the connection to be stopped multiple times. Please take necessary action immediately.
