That the Mr Rajesh Goyal is the owner of H. No. 27/28, pocket 3, sector 25 Rohini, New Delhi, is trying to install without following the conditions permission of MCD and others concerned authorities and obtain permission from McD without following the instructions mentioned in rules. It is alleged that this locality is thickly populated and installation of such tower is injurious to the lives and health of the residents. Complaints were made to the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner MCD, North West Rohini, New Delhi on 22.10.2020 and other concerned authorities namely the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Head Quarter, North West Rohini, SHO, Police Station North West Rohini, New Delhi, and Bharti Airtel Limited Enterprise (Corporate), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India on the same date as mentioned above. Online complaint is also made to the MCD on 19.10.2020. But he is still installing mobile tower in his illegal forth floor roof. Please help to stop him.
