Airtel — I'm complaining about a suspicious transaction regarding airtel prepaid | |||||
Hello sir/madam, i got an otp message for airtel prepaid recharge airtel5/bh/prepaid for online purchase of rs. 100, which i didn't. This happened today on 14th may 2018 at 3:20 ist pm. After several hours of receiving this message i got a message from my bank dear customer, your txn at pos payust[protected] declined due to incorrect pin. Please enter the correct pin. I searched for this in search engine and found many consumer complaints to airtel about this same id i. E. Payust00001653 and link provided by you. I never shared my confidential details with anybody or anywhere. I remember last time i used my debit card for an airtel mobile recharge through paytm and there's no other explanation how this unfortunate suspicious transaction happened. I think your security systems may have been compromised and somebody is misuing your customer data which is a major concern for your users. Kindly investigate the matter and take appropriate action so that such fraudulent transactions will not take place in your name and it will send a message to frauds so that they can restraint.
