Airtel Customer Care's response Dear Ms. Khandelwal,

This is with reference to your post dated 31 March 2017.

Please SMS “EPREBILL <Month Name> Email id” To 121 to get the bill with outgoing call details on your E-mail id.

However, incoming call details cannot be provided due to unavailability of the same with us.
