Airtel — incoming calls not working

Since last 2 weeks incoming call is not working. Raised several requests.Escalated to nodal officer.Went to customer care 3 times but to no avail.Please help me with this situation. Outgoing and mobile data working fine after they had given new 4g sim but no incoming and no one is able to help me.Also they are taking extra money and recharging but no avail.
