Airtel — incoming calls/outgoing messages are barred since 06 months | |||||
I'm facing a serious issue with airtel network. They have barred my incoming calls and outgoing messages on my number since 06 months which is my primary number since 5years. Even after calling customer service more than 20 times and visiting stores for more than 10 times my issue has not been resolved from last few months. I started facing this problem since april when i lost my telenor sim (Airtel now). When i bought the telenor sim i had no issues but when it got totally converted into airtel suddenly my all outgoing incoming calls/messages have been stopped. I called customer care therefore i got outgoing calls and incoming messages but still i don't get incoming calls and outgoing messages. Reason given from airtel : as you have put for the sim lost we have barred them. Everytime i call customer care executive he says i have put on the request it will get activated in next 72hours. I went to multiple stores even circle office begumpet, hyderabad he said i have emailed them it will get activated in next 24hours. But nothing has changed since 06 months. I can't even change to another network as even i cannot send message to 1900. I skipped my business days just to go behind airtel to get back everything into normal but i haven't seen any effort from them. Strictly i want trai to take action on them. Regards, Vishal mishra.
