Airtel — Incorrect Call and Data Charges | |||
On my Airtel 4G SIM Rs 350/- recharged on 12 Oct 2015. And just after three days a got a message indicating Nil balance on 16 Oct inspire the fact that I don't use it for calling and 4 G data was hardly used. I observed similar case earlier where my recharge was quickly disappearing. I rang up the Customer service but their response is dissatisfactory even after repeated calls at 2000h on 16 Oct. After listening to the complete story they just say that they can't hear me. It's sorry state for a reputed company like Airtel to respond like this and their pathetic response has forced me to lodge a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
