Airtel India — Wrong Service enabled and Charging done

Airtel recently billed me 2700 k for using internet on my number ([protected]) which is being used by my mother for past 7-8 years. I have not asked them to enable data service . As per them they sent a message in feb 2011 for free enablement of this service for one month and thereafter didn't disabled and other statement is this service was enabled from day 1 in 2008 when I didn't even had the smart phone. They don't have any confirmation on from my side. How these fools can say by sending the SMS they have enabled the service. ?? If the services is enabled as per my knowledge why I haven't used it for so many years.AM I fool ...??? More over I have been charged o[censored]sing 403airtelgprs.com which I don't know what is it... Similar complaints for charging due to this can bee seen on Google. Facebook and consumer complaints forums This is sheer case of cheating. I have asked them to disconnect the numbers and told them I will not pay until they adjust this wrong charges.

Dear Airtel team,
I am looking for resolution not correspondence. I have played my part . If you are looking sincerely too keep me as a customer call me @[protected] once you have resolution.


Both number [protected] /81 were taken same day. You can check their outstanding billing records but i guess you dont need customer like these...
