[Resolved] Airtel — informed about unknown number recharged within 10 mins still airtel not helpful | |
Hi sir, By mistake we recharged a wrong number twice and within 5 mins we intimated same to airtel and paytm but they are helpless and complaining on each other though bank huge amount transactions get cancelled with quick initimation but a recharge company or online application cant assist in this case. We also tried calling the recharged mobile number [protected] in a seconds span but it is giving "out of coverage' we are totally helpless also requested near by airtel store to trace unknown number to contact or cancel the transaction no one are helping us. Hence raising a request with you to help us in cancelling and refunding the recharge amount to our payment bank or paytm account Was this information helpful? | |
