[Resolved] Airtel — Installation and Cancellation of Airtel Digital TV connection | |||
Hi, I booked for a new digital tv connection by paying online and it has been more than 48 hours that the installation has not been done and neither any engineer has contacted on my registered number. I have called the customer care 10 times till now but still no further process has taken place. Every time I call a new excuse is made. I have even mailed on the customer support id but then also no positive process has taken place. Please see that this issue is taken care at the earliest on high priority.
