Airtel — International Roaming Charges - Billed Twice

I activated international roaming during my travel to Srilanka between 13th to 20th May, but I find the generated invoice - billed two times.
Also, there is no facility available to raise such concern...even the Airtel App that is installed on my smartphone

I am surprised : Why Iam charged twice for the International roaming ?
I visited Srilanka between 13th to 19th May.

Another complaint :

Do not find any platform, App or option to raise such query or support from Airtel. Even if I call [protected] for Postpaid, I am not able to talk to the customer care and express my concern

I will pay the final due amount, only if the above issues are resolved
