[Resolved]  Airtel — international roaming plan not working

Hi, i recharged my and my wife's number with rs. 1199 to activate malaysia 10 day international roaming plan. Now when i use internet while i am in malaysia, i am being charged for it from my main account balance.

Recharge date: 8 aug 2017
Recharge amount: ₹1199.00

Could you please resolve this issue asap? I am traveling overseas and i require internet. This is getting really painful.

Since morning today i recharged thrice for rs. 100 and everytime i try to use internet my main account balance is deducted.
