I was done a recharge in my airtel app to my own no mistakenly as i was supposed to recharge airtel dongle. What i am asking i am a costumer & i am asking to cancel my own order of my own no recharge. After contacting to customer care they are replaying there is no option.

1. I used my airtel app
2. I done recharge to my own no which is already in 399 plan in spite of that the recharge is showing successful for 349 how it is possible this is cheating.

    I have already paid the amount of rs 1500/- for the month of june and july..
    And i receive the sms also.. But the amount is not updated for the past 2 ( (May - june and june - july) months in ur records and now the bill is showing 6000 rs for the month of july and aug..2017. Can u sent the detailed report for the month of july and aug 2017

    your team member call me and tell that u got a 1 GB data for 3 months as a free gift as u r a postpaid connector to the air tel. Now for the free data they are collecting the amount of internet usage of Rs 445 for every month. I donot understand the concept of gift and collected the money for every month .. The bill details are showing in my airtel accounts..

      Sir,

      Pl. Refer my e mail complaint dated 7.8.2017. Even i went personally to airtel customer care at khan latif khan office at hyderabad near lal bahadur stadium and after paying rs.26.00 got sms recharge. I complained to them also and told them that i was trying from secretariat office to contact customer care office of airtel and wants to talk with one of them personally but could not get connected. One of the executive took my mobile and dialed some number and at the other end executive i told my problem, but he told the he will connect to one of the supervisor of ailtel. The supervisor told me that he dos't know the english and will talk me with telugu. It is very fun they a person is working with airtel does't know the english. We can check the recorded cd in your office. Very shame. He then told that he will connect to his higher officer and made me wait for some minutes and just simply disconnected. After some time i received smsat 17.51pm "thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your ref. No. Is cbnrs [protected] registered on 07 aug, 2017 17.51.

      I feel your service is very bad... As you ailtel are giving such service so people/customers are being switched to jio. Even i sent mail by complaint this issue but not received an acknowledgement or reply.

      I hope some of your higher office will look into this.

        Of manoj by sbi buddy by mobile number [protected] and airtel confirmed receipt vide above transaction id. How ever plan has not been activated till date. Please activate today

          I make a recharge of 500 into 3 times, it is only 500 that is reflecting to my main balance why? And i have try severally to contact customers care center and they are pressing me busy for what? Is that how you people treat customers? Pls check my account and give me feedback before 6: 00am. My no: [protected] because i want to use it for my monthly subscription which expires tomorrow.

              I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel and I have received a message saying my number would be ported as 11.30 PMIST. However, my Vodafone sim was deactivated at 11.30 and Airtel was not activated. Kindly request if you can please look into it at the earliest. I dont have any contact right now!

                We had enjoyed very good speed with 4g connections until 45 days ago. The speed has detoriated suddenly with lot of connection drops. It is now not even up to 2 g speeds often. It is worse if we do mobile hotspots.. We have made several complaints. The last we complained, they said even the call center network is down and asked me to call back later. All in my family use airtel and now that it sucks we are planning to move away after so many years.

                Every time you call customer care, they say they will resolve this in next 5 days and cut the call. It has been a month like this for me and my family members with Airtel 4G. FB videos don't play, most of sites don't load, you have to keep on refreshing to get them loaded at least once. Experience with payment gateways is again worse.

                If a company like Airtel is not able to invest in infrastructure at such a hot IT location, I am not sure how they even plan to capture market share. Is this a trick to convert us into broadband? I was considering postpaid but by seeing the present connectivity experience, I have no trust to convert.

                  The new 399 plan gives 84 days validity for many people, where as when i checked, i am getting it with only 28 days validity. Why this discrimination?
                  There is no way where i can register a complaint. The complaint helpline is studded with useless ivr options where even after wasting half an hour, we cannot talk to a service representative.

                    I submitted claim for my device one plus 3t for which i have subscribed to plan airtel secure. I uploaded all relevant docs and it was picked up today around 10am.

                    I received a call from vendor from telephone number [protected] that they have recd request for i phone 6 pick up and my device is one plus 3t. Even though i explained them that i have registered claim for one plus 3t only and submitted all document for the same device, but they said that they will cancel the request as they can not take it further and i have to submit claim again.

                    I asked the vendor to wait but he said he can not help further, then i called 121 airtel helpline and explained them the matter, to that they replied that cant help i should mail to [protected]@oneassist.in and i did that to... Then i received a mail from one plus assist towards acknowledgement of mail... There was a number below for customer care,,, i called at that number and talked at one assist and to my grievance they said they cant help i had to call 121... I again called up 121 and explained entire matter all over again and to that too they said they cant help... Now i do not know who can help... I have an insurance plan from airtel and they have tie up with one assist... But none knows what to answer...

                    Just help me sort the matter please...

                    Now when they returned back my phone that too without repair again they have sen me somebody elses phone.

                    Where is my phone??? Why have they launched Airtel secure plan if there is no coordination among their own departments.

                    I need back my phone on urgent basis.

                    Pathetic service by Airtel and pathetic professionalism.

                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                        I really don't know how many times i have complained about the network issue with airtel, mobile 4g network & voice network at my residence, but there is no proper response at all from your side.
                        I only get assurances that the network will get fine but finally it ends up being the same.
                        I get calls asking if the network issue is solved, i say what have you done to solve it, no proper response, then they say that they will send a person to the location but no one turns up & finally i get to know the complaint is closed without solve the issue & without even my consent.
                        This is the kind of irresponsibility shown by airtel customerservice.
                        I have also tried to port to other network, again i got a call from the retention team who promised to solve the network issue but as usual complaint was closed without the consent with no changes at all.
                        It's my sincere request to you to kindly let me know if any solution is there for this issue, if not please do have the guts to say that you will not resolve it instead of lying everytime.
                        I am not able to attach the pics of the speed of internet at various times at home because it is too large for the attachment. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

                            Subject: worst service support, worst... Worst... Worst... By airtel.
                            This post is stated with the complain regarding the service support given by you team. It is really very frustrating for me that i following up from last one week to you but there is no response from your side. Is this right way to handle a customer?
                            I am a post paid user of airtel from last 3 years. I had been also part of digital india. This time i am so panic.

                            My issue: i am facing a big issue that i am not able to receive any calls since last week when i live in my home. I have raised complaints regarding same on 198, a toll-free number provided by you and it has been passed 1 week. But you team has no care. You have no value for your customers. I have never expect such a worst service by a repudiated organisation like airtel.

                            I need a legal action against those employees who are just running away with their responsibilities and avoiding my support.
                            How could be such irresponsible you team? I am a post paid customer and paying you approximate 700 rupee per month for such worst service. I can't believe such a rubbish thing you have done with me.
                            Mess-ups that you have done:
                            There was a call from your side on second day after registering my complain and i committed to that guy for a day and time to visit but no further responses from him, i did not remember the exact name and number of that guy.
                            After 3 days there's was another call from your engineer, this time i noted down the number and name. He was mr. Gaurav (Mob: [protected]) and same thing repeated again like asking my home address and committing for a date and time but no response as of now.
                            I also warned him that if you will not visit then i will complain you but he said: "i don't care". Is this really a way to deal with your costumer?
                            Tell me, is this right way to handle your customer? Very frustrating for me even very.. Very.. Very.. Very.. 1000000 times very frustrating for me.
                            I want answers that "why your team could not reach me" otherwise i will raise this issue to you zonal office (Gurgaon) and headquarter (New delhi).
                            How could you become such irresponsible? You team has really no idea how much problems facing i am? In today scenario if a person is not able to receive his calls then, can you tell me what is the reason that he has keep a phone? I really need explanation.
                            Now, my politeness to airtel:
                            I had never paid my bill a single day delay but you team is really don't care for customers.
                            I always keep appreciating airtel for their plans, service but you team make complete rubbish.
                            I was recommending to everyone in my family to port in airtel but now i am going to port myself to vodafone or jio. At least they are much better from your service support.
                            Still, further expectation from airtel:
                            Why it has taken one week?
                            Why those two engineer avoid their responsibility, specially i need mr. Gaurav's status. Could you please?
                            And last, can you please resolve my problem? I am still facing issue.
                            I waiting for your response and hoping no more ignorance.
                            In last but not the least, worst worst service support done by airtel.

                            Dear Airtel Team,

                            It seems to be that you have no values of my association with Airtel.
                            First thing you did not mentioned that why this issue is still in pending?
                            Second, why no engineer visited my place?
                            Third, what is legal action you have taken against the engineer that I have mentioned in my previous mail?
                            Please update me all the stuffs like that.

                            Apart from that, I just want to let you know that today I made a call your nodal officer on [protected] and Miss. Bhawana picked the call but the casualty made by her was really disappointing for me. I have never expected such irresponsible answers from a nodal officer of Airtel.
                            She has no regrets for anything and made three major statements which are:
                            We couldn't check towers, Mr. Ashutosh.
                            I can only update you with status, I can only accelerate your issue.
                            This is not my responsibility, Why your request is still pending.
                            You can check if you have recorded that call if you have doubts in my statement. Is this right way handle a customer? Dear Airtel team, you are so irresponsible. This was so ridiculous response from nodal officer. I have never expected this from Airtel. This make me in more frustration than earlier I was.

                            Major: Now, I am going to port my number just because of casualty made by nodal officer and I'll never recommend for Airtel to anyone in future.

                              I saw the tariff details airtel prepaid data charges, i have noticed that there was a tariff for rs 45/- for 5 days they will provide 300mb. Then i paid rs45/- for data recharge through sbi online. Amount paid to airtel then i checked the balance data, i stunned that only 76mb added to my account. So i noticed thatairtel cheated me. A big company like airtel cheating their consumers for a simple rs 45/-, then how can a common peole trust these corporate companies. Really it is rediculus and shame to our nation

                                I have recharged my airtel account no [protected] by inr 650. When i saw that the same error code is displayed even after 20 mins, i called up customer care who confirmed of resolving it yesterday by 5pm. However no one called up and today got an sms that they were unable to connect me. I logged the complaint again and the irresponsible cust care person said that tomorrow a call will be arranged at 3 pm when i'll be at office. I explained that i can't bee at home @3 pm and arrange the call after 6 pm but he refused.

                                I am surely frustrated and thinking of writing in social network so that others don't fall into the same trap.
                                Worst experience ever.

                                  international roaming not working in the usa

                                  I bought an international roaming pack for the usa for inr 3999 for my prepaid number [protected] which is supposed to give me call, sms and data privileges. However i am unable to make any outgoing calls and my data is not working. This puts me in a nightmarish position while roaming internationally as i can't call a cab or call someone in case of an emergency. There is no proper channel to call a number which i could find on your website...

                                  I have been facing a network issue from last week, people trying to call me, even i am beside the airtel network tower, they are not able to connect to me. When i tried to call customer care executive i couldn’t even able to reach him through ivr it is not at all giving an option to talk to the customer care executive what is the fun here we people using your networks we paying you and you people don’t have a concern about your customers when you are not able to satisfy your customers ask them to leave your network, we can opt for some other networks

                                    Dear airtel,
                                    I have just brought your sim card 2 months ago and it was working smoothly, i bought 1gb data for 28 days and everything was good.
                                    But on august 5th i tried to buy a data pack for rs 198, 1gb per day 4g, 3g, 2g data for 28 days by using ussd and they accepted, but i did not receive my data pack and deducted rs 198 from my account.
                                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and give my money back.
                                    I also tried to buy the rs 249 data pack bundle before this issue, but as i proceeded they did not show what number to press to activate the data pack and i couldn't buy it.
                                    So please respond or i will have to move to another telecom network.
                                    I hope you will respond and resolve.

                                      Hi Concern,
                                      I have received call from Airtel regarding upgrade from 2MBPS To 4 MPBS on 14.07.2017 and approved ok.

                                      Till date i am just following up with Taking to Gaurav khosla who is incharge to upgrade. I have send several mails to him but no no reply from him and he is ready to cancel request. I do not know why Airtel called me for this.
