My number is [protected], ive been facing lot of problems with you data service since 2 months, i have sufficient network on my phone and is 4g compatible, when i activate my data symbol (4g, 3g, h, h+) shows beside signal indicator but still i doesn't load a single page, ive tried restarting my phone many times, changing sim etc. But the problem remains as it is. I've also tried call your customer care several times but all they say is restart your phone, your phone or any other stupid solutions which doesn't work at all, they make fool out of me as if i don't know anything, solution to every problem isn't restarting phone. And you guys are fooling around everyone saying "airtel works in mountains, deep forest, desert etc etc, it doesn't even work near the towers, help me with this and prove your words"so called open network".
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
