Airtel — Internet frequent Disconnection - Surrendering the connection | |||
I am airtel broadband in my home and the number is[protected]. For 2-3 months, a strange thing is happening on the Internet. Internet works well on weekdays and didn't work in the weekends. I called to customer care at least ten times from the number [protected], and complaint to them. One day, I told them that I am going to surrender the connection, some one in the cutomer care asked me to put on hold and next minute the Internet started working. There is some thing which they are doing in the "Backend" . Please go forward for a "Surprise" audit. Some of my friends in chennai has the same problem. Since I have called them a lot of times, one girl from customer care told me that, amount will not be deducted for the some days ( Internet not working days), but on billing date I am same amount. I am paying 1000rs every month and its not worth it. "Airtel" I have airtel tv, airtel mobile and airtel broadband in my home. Now, I am going to surrender airtel broadbank, whats next???? As I said on the above comment, internet didnt worked in the weekend adn nit started working in the weekday!! Last day Airtel!!
