Sir, Today i recharge 100 rupees then i take plan of 9 rupees for 45mb net . I use 2g net phone and, 2g network, In one hour 45mb deducted and 70 rupees also without informing that you have no data plan. Airtel should provide any alert sms so that i can stop. Even it is impossible in 2g network I wanna my money back as possible as.

Its been 2 months and there is no response to the email. I am ready to pay the bill for first month as I have used it. But I am not willing to pay the extra amount as I have not used.     These Airtel Guys are very Arrogant.
    I received a call from [protected] and I thought that lady was in very hurry. She Told me would you pay or not and I was explaining
    my problem and she disconnected the call.
    Would like to suggest you guys that we are not fools who are sitting here to face you arrogance. Even We have our own self respect. So
    please don't dare to call with such attitude ever.

    And I am still adamant that I would pay the amount which I have used and nothing more than that.

    I received a call from [protected](Mr. Vijay). He told me that I need to pay 500 and then this will be closed.
    I have asked him to send this to me in written via email. Once I receive the email I will pay the amount and get it closed forever.

    Today I received a call from Mr. Kapil ([protected]) and the guy says that there shows a usage of 3MB for an entire month, and they are expecting me to pay Rs.523 for that. I tried to explain that I keep the dongle connected to the Laptop and hence when the laptop starts it tries to update the software. And hence the 3MB usage is shown.

    I still say that I am ready to pay the amount that have used and it is only two bills (144+430) and nothing more than that as the connection was closed after that

    I am fed up of it now. Please come with the resolution or else don't call any more.

I was given an assurance that money will be credited to my account by 27 may 2014. But when the same was not credited to my account, I had dialed your customer care team on 31 May 2014, who refused to remember the promises which the last representative has made on 26 May 2014. Representative has asked me to send the payment snapshot so that they can track the payment however the same was asked on 26 May 2014 ( My Card number, Date of transaction, Bank Name and PAY TM Order Number ) . I am failed to understand why the same was not resolved when I had shared all the necessary details on the very first call which I have made to your contact centre, even if your team were not able to track the payment then why didn’t they own my case to resolve. I am extremely dissatisfied because of the services which I am getting through AIRTEL. Now, I request you to please resolve my issue and recharge my account of Rs 300 which was wrongly recharged by me against the Customer ID @ [protected]. Please find the below snapshot of ICICI Bank which has clearly mentioned that the money was debited from my account using the Pay TM application for recharging the AIRTEL DTH account. My card number : 4375 xxxxxxxxxxx9000 Amount : Rs 300 Date : May 25, 2014; 20:29:05 hrs using PAY TM ( Order Number :[protected] My Customer ID : [protected] Ph Number : [protected] You can easily check the Customer ID -[protected] and track if the recharge of Rs 300 was made to this account on 26 May 2014 or not and if the same was made then please terminate the services of Rs 300 which was wrongly recharged by me and transfer the same to my customer id : [protected].           Hi Airtel, I am using Airtel Prepaid number [protected] more than 5 years. Right now I am not in India and will be back, even I need that number to be active for my banking transactions. Today my father recharged Rs.100 for this mobile number. Still nothing has recharged and also it is showing as inactive. In case if any details required please call my father number [protected].             To whomsoever it concerns ( IF It REALLY DOES), I requested for installation of airtel digitel tv about 20 days back. Two guys came for installation next day, they supposed to come at 11 am but they came 6pm so I was waiting for them to come.Called up several times but every time they said they are about to reach. My case is shifting case so I provided nuts, bolts n dish for assembling. And very surprisingly they don't bother you to ask before changing any part and later on they come up some defective parts and charged you as well.Not everyone is technically sound enough to understand that the same part was working fine before shifting. There is something called HAPPY CODE that I came to know when I called up customer care for the complaint about my issue. The person named GAURAV came for installation with one more person he himself asked someone at the airtel office and he has done the formality of so called HAPPY CODE(they don't care is your customer is happy or not, because there is no intervention of a customer). As an installation part they have done very inferior or low quality work, I could be more happy n satisfied if I had ask some local electrician to get the work done. In spite of providing everything he screwed my dish on single bolt instead of two n he didn't make the fresh hole to make it compact, assemble it on existing hole that someone else has taken out his dish. Because of that reason I suffered signal problem so I called up GAURAV([protected]) (he gave me his number if I face any problem).This guy made fool of me for three days every time I call up he said coming in 1 hour and that 1 hour is not come in three days he stops taking calls n switch off his number next morning he called up n make excuses he was very busy worked late nights n promised me to come same day.Same thing happened that day too. Then I called your customer care, the so called CUSTOMER CARE team mentioned, that there is nothing they could do.For rectifiying the defective service I have to pay again for engineer visit. I was having no choice because spend 430 Rs monthly charge using set top box, no option running on another service.So I agreed to pay for that visit too. After having words with customer care I was allotted a time of 7pm that is perfectly fine with me till that time I come home from my office. In the morning at 11am engineer called up n he wanted to come up for the installation, I told him to come at 7pm that was decided by your representative and by the time I will reach home. I was surprised to see the attitude of the so called engineer(don't know his name but his no. is [protected]) he said he cant come at 7pm n told me if I want to get my work done i'll hv to come by 6:30. Its like they will work according to their routine not the customers need. At 7pm when i reach home make a call to engineer he said he will come but they way he addressed was so disrespectful.he said AYEE HELLO 150 RS DENE PADENGE. Got an impression that your company is hiring some uneducated fellows instead of engineers. For relocation i have paid 410 bucks on that half of the part done by me and other half done by engineer that is not done properly. Seeking your understanding on the matter n assist in installation, as such an irresponsible behaviour was not at all accepted from a company like Airtel. I think i m done with airteldigiteltv, i'll prefer to buy another service or take a connection from local cable guy. i don't care if my experience will be noticed or not by the airtel but i request people who is planning to buy a digitel tv connection give a thought once if they don't want to suffer with lame n pathetic service.             Appreciate to see your reply otherwise i lost the hope that someone will get back on this issue.
            For your kind information i have not received any call regarding the resolution for the issue, but 1 person came and he
            has done nothing .
            He said he will report this issue to senior authorities and old me he will not close the complaint and the same person (Gaurav) will come
            to install again.
            I really don't know is that such a big issue .

              I never expect these type of worst service from "AIRTEL EMPLOYEES",
              Actually I want change my postpaid connection to one of the corporate CUG connection.For that reason i approched one of the person in AIRTEL OFFICE in begumpet location 2 months back.I submitted all the required docs to him 2 months back only, but the person still didnt convert my number, i supposed to call every day from mng to evg since 2 months, he didnt lift the phone yet frankly am telling, the most IRRESPONSIBLE and UNWORTHFUL employees in AIRTEL.In Worst conditions he used to message that is "SIR AM BUSY IN MEETING" this word also am listing from last 2 months.
              This type of WORST bebaviour you people how to survive and how to satisfy the customers?
              Even customer care executives also giving Wrong information to customers this would be the great sign to satisfy the customers right ?
              Other companies giving fast services to customers, but you are in shameless situation about customer satisfaction.
              If you people have SHAME on this issue, , again am repeating if you people have SHAME ok, , , , , solve my problem within
              2 working days.

                    Hi, I have contacted airtel cutomer care to block my sim card and to reissue new sim. As I lost my mobile and I am out of station I am unable to give much information about last recharge. To prevent misuse requesting you to block my sim card as early as possible.                       this is a fake site please dont put your queries and number in ur complaints some persons are there who would track your number and they try to conveince you about how you can recover your money back instead of giving money back they would give you the refence of the bankingsector.in and ask you the details very cleverly so please dont trust on these peoples, and the matter of wrong recharge please on ask on toll free number or the person from whom you have recharge find out the way by the person by contacting whom you have recharge wrongly instaed of posting your coment here plzzzzzzzzzzz be safe

                          I'm Shambhu Nath Sharma here, from last month I am struggling to make my prepaid go postpaid. It all started with a call from CC and i was asked to submit the documents with 300rs, which i did. They informed me that for address verification someone will visit my home, that time itself i told that i am leaving for Native and requested to send after a week, But that didn't happened and i got message that my request is rejected because of fail in address verification. After 10 days again i got call and that lady asked the details, i explained the details, and till today no actions. I visited Airtel outlet today to enquire about the status of my request, they told to call the same number and ask to cancel and then only they will be able to initiate the process again. I am using airtel pre-paid for about 7-8 years now, and I am not sure what it would have taken to convert my number to postpaid. I assume going to postpaid would have benefited airtel. I am really fed up, not sure my request of changing to postpaid will even be served. By this way u are loosing customer, i am sure someone will take initiative to call me..                                 Hi I have done recharge for RS 103 on May 23 with incorrect number and When I called customer care executive, they confirmed, transaction is not successful and I will get the amount transfer to my bank with in 72 hrs. But after a week when i checked my bank statement transaction is not done so I called Airtel executive they say transaction is done and ICICI bank confirms transaction not done.                                     I was using airtel prepaid for more than 8 years, and it was in my father name . When i wished to change to my name belonging to same address, there where many conditions from airtel : 1) Have to convert to postpaid, with min of 299 plan. 2) Minimal 3months of postpaid service is must. 3) After applying, 15days will be deactivate & Process take from the date of applying Solution: Went to Vodofone stores, explained the issue. They said to apply for portability on spot with my id proofs, If it gets rejected a copy of NOC ( no objection certificate ) is to be email when they inform about the process failure & I did so . It Hardly took just 8 days to port to another service.

                                      Applied for a new Airtel connection through Touchpoint services, Airtel agent.Submited all the documents.Aire agent visited my house twice for collecting the doccuments & for verification.When I approached Airtel for activation of my services for the New No. [protected] they told me that my address is not correct. If my address is wrong I do not understand how they could able to visit my house twice for document collection as well as for address verification.Airtel agent or Airtel is not interested in replying, they collected Rs.400/- as advance .Moreover if Airtel updated the doccument incorrectly how can I be penalized for the same.Request you to support.
