I went abroad and didn't use my Airtel mobile [protected] for few days. I came back and saw Airtel SIM still showing service and on 30th April, 2014 I went ahead and recharged with Rs. 103 3G plan and Rs.50 talk time plan. I started using the service (accessed Facebook, checked mails and accessed browser) on the same day and dialed *123# and it showed Rs. 59.67 as balance but from next day onwards my iPhone was showing "No Service". I'm using this SIM from past 7 years. I wrote a email to Airtel 121 service and expressed my concern. They replied below response that, my number has been has been permanently stopped on 01-MAY-2014. My question is how come it accepted the ERecharge on 30th April, 2014 (see attachment of screenshot of sms received on the same day) and when it is about to be stopped next day?. And according to TRAI rules If, there is a balance of greater than Rs 20/- validity will be getting extended for Rs.20/30days as auto extension. My balance amount was clearly more than Rs.20, i.e. Rs. 59.67 as on 30th April, 2014. After few days, to my surprise my number was assigned to someone else. Very sad, anyway, I want my recharged amount back. As per our policy, this leads to stoppage of the number.The below mentioned criteria are necessary to retain the number in active status and to avoid automatic deactivation:There should be Incoming, Outgoing calls, Video call, Outgoing SMS, Data and Value Added Service made within 90 days.If, there is a balance of greater than Rs 20/- validity will be getting extended for Rs.20/30days as auto extension.You can get the same number reactivated within grace period of 15 days from the date of disconnection by paying reactivation charge of Rs 20 at ARC(airtle relationship centre).Please find attached the details of airtel relationship centre for your reference.T Thank you for choosing airtel.     1st they called and said about internet pack. then they activate internet pack. i called him about refund my money. they refund. now today[protected]:13 am they did nother time renewed internet pack and deduct with my number 98 rs. and i called customer care they said that they cant refund. so please refund my money.

This is my first day in Airtel and worst day. I regret for choosing Airtel over vodafone. I was using vodafone for a long time, and i used to top up for Rs.1000 atleast a month as I use 3g much. Today(05.18.2014) ...MY AIRTEL SIM GOT ACTIVATED AND I RECHARGED FOR 300 rupees and activate 127 rupees 3g plan of 1GB for 21 Days, I received confirmation msg from Airtel too of 1GB data activation. Everything was working fine, I wanted to apply for new micro sim and the sim I was using is a mini sim which was not cut properly for using it as a micro sim. The problem started now, when these people started migrated my data from mini sim to new micro sim, I was charged 228Mb thrice at different time intervals, which should be a technical issue, but they claim, I was using the data. But I did not use so much data, though I was connected to internet. The mobile I am using is Samsung S4, which clearly shows the data usuage as 114 mb by night 09:16 PM 05/18/2014. I have attached/uploaded screenshots in the below link. The WORST THING IS WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, REGARDING THIS ISSUE, THEY WERE CONSTANTLY SAYING I WAS USING THE INTERNET, THAT IS VERY FRUSTRATING, 1. WHY THEY THINK THE CUSTOMERS ARE SO CHEAP THAT THEY WILL USE THE INTERNET AND SAY THEY DID NOT USE IT 2. HOW COME 228 MB EXACTLY DATA HAS BEEN USED THRICE AT INTERVALS… IF I WAS USING THE INTERNET, IT SHOULD BE LIKE 100 MB ONE TIME 115 MB NEXT TIME AND 325 MB NEXT TIME, , , AND SO ON.., ARE THE AIRTEL PEOPLE SO TO UNDERSTAND EVEN THIS SIMPLE LOGIC AND ADMIT AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, INSTEAD OF FIGHTING WITH THE CUSTOMER 3. Rs127 is not a big deal, but how they responde to the customer is very important. Next day if I top up again, they will charge all my amount, and say I HAVE USED IT…. WTF…. THAT’S REALLY STUPIDEST.. I SPOKE TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] AT 08.37 PM first a lady spoke to me, later a guy… but ITS WORST DAY … SO STUPID OF ME TO CHOOSE AIRTEL…’ 4. I want to quit from Airtel but since I only got migrated today, I have to suffer this stupid service for 3 more months, as mnp cant be done for nxt 3 months… ;-( I have attached 5 Screenshots from my phone 1. New sim activation msg 2. 3g 1GB activation msg 3. Msg after using data msg as 90mb 4. Time I called to customer care 198 and complaint.. 5. My android mobile data showing 114MB usuage only on 18th may(which is the correct one) 114 MB – I actually used 228 MB – Techical issue deduction 228 MB – Techical issue deduction 228 MB – Techical issue deduction 90 MB – Bal., , , , , Still I wonder were the remaining 100MB gone …L

        Number - [protected] it says you are not registered for airtel money services. Whereas i have registered for airtel money 4 days back and have 1500 balance. I have also sent 2450 Rs to a bank account from this airtel money account using airtel money yesterday afternoon. I have the SMS as proof. So if i dont have a registered airtel money account associated with this airtel number, how come i could transfer money to bank account from the same number on 17th may? I called customer care four times, but they check records and say that i dont have a registered airtel money account. So now airtel just took the outstanding 1500rs from the airtel money account and gives it a status of NOT Registered! So airtel started a cheat fund scheme it seems, wherein customers will load cash to their airtel money account and then airtel will say that he/she is not registered user of airtel money. Wonderful!

          I have regular problem from the last 2 month that in my number its sending SMS in the number of 54999818 and downloading. For SMS its deducting 3 rupees/SMS and for downloading 10Rupees/SMS.Iam complaining Daily 2 to three times but it repeating the same.This all happening without my knowledge.From the Airtel customer care iam not getting correct solution.Kindly help me to solve the above problem.           very bad responce from airtel customer care about 54999818 sms deduction daily 3 rs there is no status about which service is that...even i checked my mobile and reset but no use daily same time money will deduct...this is all airtel company doing such cheap tricks playing...y u guys doing like this do one thing beg ur self on roads...already spoiled half of the reputation balnce 25 percent for this issue is enough to close completely pls dont treat as small issue this will spread big issue in social media...
          [protected] if this problem repeated again...from 2 mrw i will proceed this as major issue.

            I have been noticing irregular deliberate deductions in my a/c recently it was 81 Rs. To talk to the call center to settle this, I need to pay 50p for 3 mins and these calls last for half an hour. I want to know who has so much time to settle such issues + why should I bear this call center call cost each time ~10 Rs??? Also, they reduce the data pack and validity any time they want to i.e. I subscribe for 650 MB plan of 129 Rs. Valid for 28 days and just now I received the message that the validity is only 21 days.               Hi, I am raising network complains since last one & half years at airtel customer care, every time I got resolved message instead no body visited or called me regarding the issue. I've gone fade up now, even I am unable to use 20% of my post paid plan, due to bad and disturbed network. My last complain was almost 8 months back, and they told it will resolve within 3 months. If airtel is unable to provide network in an urban area of a metro city (Gulmohar Park Colony, Serilingampally, Hyderabad) then its shame on them for a worst service provider I designate here. I am using this network since last 9 years, but since last 2 yrs it has gone rare worst. I dont have any good word for airtel. Me and my wife's work and business is getting effected, when we are at home. Office network is fine but in this entire colony it has seviour problem. Sarvesh [protected]

                I have an Airtel sim mobile no. [protected]. I had a 2g net pack of Rs.32 and a balance of Rs. 36 in my account. I used internet on my mobile and checked my balance which was ZERO.I immediately made a call to lodge a complaint to customer care center and in reply the executive told me that "He does not hold any information about balance deduction and said your internet pack is still activated and balance deduction is surely not due to internet usage and said that I am lodging a complaint and you get a call after 24 hrs. and your problem will be resolved." Next day I got a call and the airtel executive said: "Your balance was deducted as you used internet and when i told her that I had an internet pack when my balance was deducted, she refused to listen to me and went on to repeat that balance was deducted due internet usage." Very disappointed from Airtel's Customer Service...

                  Hi Before this I have tried everything from complaint forums to facebook to mails to calls but I think Airtel has decided not to support its customers. I applied for airtel broadband connection around 1 month back. I gave the amount of INR 500 and my documents to airtel sales person Gopal, Senior Officer, [protected], [protected]. He took the amount and told me that I will get the connection in 3 working days. Its been more than a month and I have not get any response from Airtel. I called Gopal also but he is continuously making different excuses. Its a fraud that airtel has done with me. Now I don't want connection but please return me the amount.

                    Hi Airtel I had post paid connection with airtel, So i raise request to postpaid to prepaid. They told me just out standing amount and visit airtel out let office and submit documents then it will convert in 72 hours . SO i visited Airtel office and sahre with words with instructon i got from customer care. Then airtel out let guys told you need to take sim also, but currently its out of stock after few days angain i call customer care share same information that which i got from airtel out guys.again they told me. Again i visited same office and they repited same and they told jsut call customer care. I call customer care and i am stated capture vedio then they started argument with me a-nd they done manhandled. i have vedio proof also. Ailtel out let office Phase 3b2 Mohali punjab You i need justification this. Thanks, Venkat [protected]

                    Till now they didn't resolve the issue

                    One of my number they stop out going and when i call customer care document issue, i am don't have any word to say airtel service in bad way.

                    Now they are saying some document issue on [protected] and before this they never send any intimation like call or message on my number and they bill amount perfect.

                    See how they are cheating customer, i hope they are not getting strong instruction from court, if court say strong instruction, then they never do.
                    i think it should licence for this kind of activities, then customer get good service.

                        Removal or Shifting of Junction box

                        Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard. I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel...

                        Airtel Selling Call Details Of Individuals And Spoiling Their Life! I am a Airtel mobile user using 2 Airtel No. 1 is about 13 years and the other one for 7 years...i am involving in social service activity and the person who all are engaged in illegal activities are tracking my details with the help of Airtel Employees and Officials. One of my friend is also an ex-employee of Airtel he told me that they will give and they are giving if they knows any1 personally by getting money.The employees are giving all secured details even they are giving sms details like to whom what we are sending also.This things totally spoils every one life and the person who is getting money is not bothering and Airtel also not bothering even if you raise 1000 's of complaints. I want this to be stopped for ever...Only police should do this in future...if this continues then we will share this details to every one in facebook, whatsapp, twitter, etc...                             Hi, I applied for a new connection on 7th April (number [protected]). After more than a month of calling customer care, I have still not received a connection. All I got was a call from Airtel saying the connection was feasible in my area and someone would come to collect my documents and payment.Even after raising 2 complaints, no action has been taken.

                              Hi.. I would like to complaint about Airtel. I do not know how will you take action against this giant. If it has been taken I will really feel happy. I am working in a corporate company. I bought new CUG. Airtel told me that Local CUG to CUG free. but I got billed for local CUG Airtel no. When I called them they said CUG to CUG with in the same organization free. I got billed for my Organization's Local Airtel CUG also, now they are saying it is free only the nos which are in a same Group. They did not tell this when i bought. They simply advertising L to L CUG free. They also say that Every corporate they provide different plan that means I need to pay 499rs and for the same facilities my friend from other corporate is paying just 349. What a worst thought is this. How can he treat me with the corporate and can he cheat me. We should ban this company then only they will provide the serrvice which deserves our money. -Kumar S

                                I mr. Gourab das purchase a hand set of sony model no:- d5322(T2), imei no-[protected] & [protected].On 15/04/2014 i purchase that mobile from ganesh seth pan mahal, adress:gandhi more, kanchrapara phone: 25852424, mobile: [protected], vat no:[protected]
                                A offer given with this mobile that is "1 gb 3g data per month for 2 months on the first active airtel sim" .
                                To get that offer at first i call to shop owner, they told it is a matter of airtel co, so contact to airtel customer care, so i contact to airtel customer care so many times & then they asked for 72 hours, & some times airtel customer care executives told that no offer given on that set. Airtel did not provide me that service although passed of one month . So my request to help me to get that offer as soon as possible

                                  I took a airtel landline connection 11th of April and called airtel to activate centric facility on the same. First the assigned me in the wrong group, called them 10-15 times and then they rectified to the right group. Now after assigning me to the group, i am not able to call anyone in the group. I have again calling airtel for 10 days now, they opened multiple SR, but closed without resolving. There is one last open SR# 45877416 for a week now, still there is no resolution. I am tired of calling airtel customer care for this.

                                      Airtel customer complaint number 198 never connects to any representative. All the representatives are always busy on calls. Airtel Internet is working horribly bad these days and whenever I try to call the customers service desk, it never connects. For last 12 hours my Internet is not working and the call is not getting connected to Airtel's customer service desk.
