Sir, applicant recharged an internet pack of rs 47 of airtel company on 15/09/16 at 12.20pm on [protected] through paytm online with transaction id no.[protected].As per message provided by the company on mob no. [protected], validity of that pack is for 28 days from date of recharge but, without giving any reason company has decreased the due date i.E. 18.09.16 in lieu of 28 days from date of recharge i.E.15/09/2016.Sir, applicant lodged the complain bt cutomer care executive didnot lodge it and produces excuses which are irrrelevant.
