Airtel — Internet service issue not resolved since 19th Dec Mob: [protected]

I ported My Mobile No [protected] from Vodafone Delhi to Airtel- Mumbai, same has ported on 19th Dec 2015. Internet services not activated on my number for that I raised a request with Airtel and following up contentiously with the Airtel till date. Below are excuses given by Airtel but till date no solution have been provided. 1. Your service will be activated in 24 hours- till date 1 month not yet resolved. 2. Default setting activated on your number first you need to deactivate default setting than only internet service will activate- I did the same, nothing happen 3. Call back set up - executive told me, may be internet network problem at your area: - my question is if person sitting next to me getting service than how come problem with my mobile, and problem I am facing is not only in office everywhere in Mumbai, and I don't think so Airtel has problem all over in Mumbai. 4. I waited for 3-4 days and took pre paid Sim of other service provider and start using internet on that, so I called Airtel customer care and put my internet packs to STD and at the same time requested to get the service issue resolve so that I can use it from next billing cycle: -based on this logic Airtel executive start giving me excuse that you do not opt for internet packs thats y you are not able to access internet. 5. When I called them and ask please confirm that issue is resolved so that I will add internet packs for internet than come to know issue still in process. I would like to know there must be a turn around time for resolving any issue, as per TRAI, it should be resolved within a TAT. I raised it multiple times, the only way is left to file a legal case against airtel, Bcz I raised it to TRAI and consume forum as well but no revert from them too. Need action on priority basis. Issue was from your site and was not a big issue, it was just bcz of worst service, resolving an issue related to internet service should not take more than 24 hrs, you took more than 1 Month.

I would like to give one more example of your worst service.

1. I raised request to change my Plan and I got below confirmation mail from you;

"Dear Jeevan Kumar Yadav,

Greetings from Airtel!

This is in reference to your email requesting for bill plan change to myPlan corporate 599 for your Airtel mobile number [protected].

I would like to confirm that your bill plan has been changed from myPlan CORP 399 to myPlan CORP 599 effective 27/01/2016.

Kindly make a note that, myPlan offers you the flexibility of changing the booster packs as per your requirement and the change in my plan or booster packs can be done once in a bill cycle.

-...so on"

That simply says Plan has changed but while I checked with customer care, after 3-4 Hrs of receiving mail then come to know that this still in process.

There is no coordination between teams.
