Airtel — internet speed is very poor and network not working properly

I live in vill - sripur bichwa khatima udham singh nagar uttrakhand pin 262308
I used airtel since 10 yr but last 2 to 3 months its internet speed becoming very low and even it shows that you have not internet connection
Because of this we feel frustrated
Its showing 4g in display but not even work like 2g
If we will pay high charge of connection then why problems is not resolving
