I have recharged with a airtel recharge pack of rs.449 (Including unlimited talktime, 2gb data per day and 100 sms per day) for 56days validity on feb[protected]/02/2020). The transaction was completed and the amount was deducted from my account but the recharge to my number wasnt sucessfull.

If not resolved within few hours, i am planning on changing my service provider.
I paid bill on 5th Feb through phonepe app. Yet it is not updated and I am getting messages of barring.

Attaching all the details.

This is ridiculous. Why to suffer like this?
Is it the fault of customer?

And the most rubbish thing is I am getting reminders for payment and call barring.
Is it fair that you so such things with your regular customer.
Cause of this I paid again from my airtel app.

Now tell me where is my phonepe amount which I paid earlier.

Mistakenly i have recharged a wrong number doing my won prepaid recharge of 598 Rs. via google pay payment app. I want the amount reverse to my account.
kindly help me about this issue.

      Hi team,

      Good morning,

      I have made request for activation for ndnc three times (From last august) but there seem no action at all other than automated message "plz allow 7days for changes to become effective."
      Current reference no. Is s[protected]. Dated 05.02.2020.

      In spite of this request i frequently get unwanted sms.

      Old reference nos. Are: s[protected] dated 27 august 2019 and s[protected] dated 21 september 2019 - nothing has happened, no action taken at all and i get same unwanted sms.

      Also note that, i have disabled categories of sms from my airtel app on phone but no avail. It is just not working at all.

      Request you to please look into it and resolve asap.

        It is to inform airtel that i am very much pleased by service provided by your agents. First of all, kindly teach them how to handle issues provided by customers to them.
        I know nothing is going to happen with this. But still i would like to tell you that i am a hotel manager and my all airtel connections are going to be terminated if this kind of response continues from your side.
        We made many calls to change the plan on one of our packages. Everytime agent said your plan is changed but still it wasnt. Nothing happened even after many calls.
        This kind of service is not expected from airtel. Please consider it if you want your customers to be loyal to airtel and continue their plans.#thanks for disgraceful service.

          My customer id is [protected]-001.
          Due to some bad weather we are not getting any channels being paid for it when we called customer care they are asking us to pay 150 rs for service visit.

          Why should we pay for service visit as we are paying for channels and everything. It is the responsibility of airtel to make sure consumers are happy in consuming service. Looks like we should choose airtel, pay for services and airtel company will just enjoy with our money.

          As they are charging on daily basis we did not consume any service for 3 days and there is some problem with dish or antenna and those were provided by airtel itself if that is not working properly why should we pay airtel to repair them?
          Yes we pay for it if we own antenna or dish but they will take that device when we disconnect the service.

          I am happy to use airtel only if they provide free service to us else i will go for other providers.

          We have requested for disconnection but as mentioned i did not get any call from them.

              Outgoing and incoming was stopped since the plan expired on one of our family number being used by my nephew. So, I recharged with 48rs first but no incoming/outgoing and the auto message asked to recharge for unlimited plan so I recharged again with 19rs for 2days plan but still no change and again he auto message asked to recharge for unlimited plan. As my nephew had to travel a long way to his college had no choice to recharge again with 149rs for 28days unlimited plan. Even that didn't go our way still no incoming/outgoing.

              So, I rang up to customer care and explained the situation and the necessity of having that number activated. One Mr. Ajmal took my call and conveyed me after going through the details that the incoming / outgoing was stopped because it was 3G sim and asked change to 4G sim only then it will work(this sim is being in use for more than decade now was just few day after its plan expired). To my surprise this information was not communicated to me at first place instead over the call auto voice message misled me to recharge for unlimited plans to activate the incoming / outgoing.

              The irony is that the customer care representative went on to say that you have a 4G handset and your sim is 3G so we have blocked the incoming / outgoing. Either you have your sim to 4G or you put your 3G sim in 3g mobile. That was ridiculous. I said that you are giving the information of late and we are in need of this number as my nephew is travelling overnight and alone. It will worry us if he dont have a number to communicate then and there.

              But Ajmal was very stubborn and gave us no choice except to change the sim or phone. It was around 8PM that this call was made.

              I need expert in this matter or senior members advise to take the issue further to get the telecom operator to respond sensibly and refund my amounts which went worthless due to ignorance of airtel.

                    I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel on 6th feb 2020 and got a message to activate sim by calling 59059.and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls or place outgoing calls.

                      5days back my sim has lost its network coverage and showing no service...
                      When i went to airtel relationship centre they are simply swapping with a new sim and saying that it will be activated within 6hrs..
                      If it fails then again they are giving me new swapped sim..
                      2times they have gave me normal sim
                      And one time h1 (All in one) sim
                      And another time h2 series sim...
                      But till now no sim has been activated..
                      When i check my status of the sim activation through sms it is showing sim_swap_provision_failure
                      Reason for rejection : new imsi mapping series not exists
                      Plz solve my issue soon...

                        I have done mnp from jio to airtel 4months ago..
                        5days back i have lost my network coverage (Showing no service)
                        I went to customer care and swapped my sim...
                        If i call customer care they are suggesting to go to airtel store and if i go to airtel store they are simply generating a request a new sim and saying that it will be activated within 6hours...
                        It was failing..
                        When i check my sim card status through sms it was showing sim_swap_provision_failed...
                        Reason for failure : new imsi series mapping does not exists
                        From 5days i swapped 4sims and till now didn't solve the issue...

                            Hi team,
                            Following guys are making false commitment to sale the new airtel broadband connection in noida sector-50. They are committed to me "purchase new airtel xtream fiber connection on advance payment of 6 month rental you will get following things :

                            1- no installation charge
                            2- telephone handset
                            3- airtel xtream fiber connection up to 100 mbps

                            After payment they installed the broadband copper line connection speed up to 40 mbps & provide local wifi router and committed we will provide you handset and xtream router next day.
                            After waiting one day i called them they told me"please give me one hour i will be there ", now they are not receiving my phone.

                            Request to you please identify these guys in your team and take disciplinary action against them & complete the commitment. If not possible please disconnect my connection and refund my money immediately.

                                  Poor quality android set-top box was issued which overheats after an hour o[censored]sage & then starts to lag in response & performance.

                                  Airtel policy on only upgrade is possible & not downgrade of set-top box?! - when i asked them to downgrade to a older model as upgrade costs another 2grand. The current set-top box is 7 months old (This was pushed out & sold to us for rs.2400 lying that it's a newer model in july 2019 where truth is newer model launched post august called xstream box!

                                  So i was not happy paying another rs.2200 to a second upgrade with in a year - if airtel buys such bad quality hardware which won't even function for a year why rip off their customers?

                                  P. S. Heating of current set-top box is an ongoing recurring issue - the local dealer or the agency who responsible for replacing faulty unit keeps sending technician (4 visits made this far - they reset the box each time & tell no stock of that model box is available currently - like do i care? Get the box asap if not possible go with upgrade or downgrade as i am still paying for the downtime!) with no knowledge of the situation - when queried the tech was notified of a no signal issue - literally bad management is how i could describe them as!

                                  Spoke to various people! Was like so speaking to robots, all go on & on with same standard replies as a last resort writing down here! Will have to wait till monday now to speak with a nodal officer!

                                    I have done recharge for my mobile number for 598 rs on 07/02/2020 at 9:35 pm and the txn numbers are amazon pay transaction id: p[protected]
                                    Airtel prepaid karnataka id:[protected].

                                    The amount got debited from my bank but not reflected in my airtel account. I am really worried. I have also sent a mail to airtel

Airtel provided me false information about coverage at the time of giving sim. Airtel authorities told me that you will get excellent indoor and outdoor coverage no worry about that. One of the other big cheating by airtel is that airtel told me you are getting coverage from mulanthuruthy. I accept airtel information provided by airtel. But after start using the connection i am really shocked. I can't make a normal call also. Unable to send sms. Unable to know my account balance also. Duebto non availability of 2g 4g indoor coverage.in an emergency i can't make a call to ambulance also. Very dead cheating sir. I had lost my number and my money sir. I don't know what i can do sir. From whom i get help. Airtel not ready to give 2g 4g coverage to our location. Airtel providing coverage from manakunnam udayamperoor.3km away from my home. One new 4g tower is upgraded in mulanthuruthy pallithazam only 735meters from my home. But airtel not ready to provide coverage from their. I had requested airtel about this.                                         Dear sir,

                                        This is to bring to your notice that i, naval consul have been an airtel customer for the past 13 years now. I am currently holding the prepaid number [protected]. I am a sailor who works abroad most of the days so frequently make use of your international roaming packs. My ships have been recently sailing united states gulf coast region and south america for the past two years now. And i had been frequently making use of your inr 2499 pack which offers 5gb data for 30 days for these past 2 years. My last recharge of inr 2499 was dated 12th january which just got over during current usage in united states on date 6th february 2020. Therefore i made another recharge of 2499 with transid[protected]. Although to my dismay and trying all troubleshooting to resume my data usage, no internet services were available to me. I contacted airtel customer care and they told me this ir pack is not valid for us. Sir, if same was the case then how come i was using it until today? The description in the 2499 pack did not mention united states even earlier but it was working fine for me and all my fellow sailors. Please do me the honours to track my data usage, network providers and past recharges in the past two years. I have been using this pack in us just fine until today via the network carrier at&t 3g. So if there has been some revision to the rates or data availability then the same recharge should not have been available on the my airtel app. I therefore either demand a refund or restarting of my data services as this is an outrage. Earlier airtel was an economical option for me as it provided me access to internet services in all of my voyages such as us, mexico, panama, south america, honduras, guatemala, etc. Now if as per customer service the prices have to be 3997 for united states and adjoining countries then i would prefer to buy a local sim or rather switch to vodafone, for their international packs seem cheaper than yours now.

                                        Please understand that this is our hard earned money and we have to stay a long time away from our families during our service. Hope you of all people as esteemed network service providers can have some consideration or empathy to how important staying connected to their loved ones is. And with my profession staying several thousand miles away from my folks for several months i atleast deserve uninterrupted connectivity to stay hopeful, cheerful and maintain my sanity. Therefore please do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest so that i do not have to stay disconnected like this from my family due to internet unavailability.
                                        Thanking you in anticipation and hoping for a speedy response to my refund else network resolving.
