[Resolved]  Airtel — Internet was not working for 10 days and not ready to give compensation

I was not able to use internet from 7/02/2016 till 17/02/2016.
i have been calling customer care multiple times and i dint get proper response or resolution. everyday i had to call customer care for almost 3-4 times and they use to hold my call for almost 30-45 mins and at last they use to tell sorry, and i have requested a call back from them but i never use to get any call back, i just got call back once and with a wrong information. one of the customer care was very rude to me. whenever i use to call them, they were just asking for 2-3 days time instead of giving me resolution. and i got a massage telling me that "your issue is resolved" but it wasn't resolved, i also spoke to supervisor, manager aand also nodal officer and now when i asked for compensation, they are telling me that they cant give any compensation. when we delay paying the bill for 1-2 days they bar our outgoing and send the executive home asking for money, but when they don't provide service for us for 10 days they cant give any sort of compensation. my internet started working from 17/02/2016 but its not fast...it shows 4G but speed is too slow and network keeps on fluctuating. soon after my internet started working, i got the message as "your bill is due, please pay it to enjoy uninterrupted services".
please kindly give me justice. i want compensation, in fact a very high compensation for the services they interrupted for me and also for not responding properly and also for being rude and also for being rude to tell me that they cant give compensation for not providing internet for 10 days.
