I buy Airtel DTH connection via missed call service by airtel.. After 20 days Airtel Representative call me via airtel landline Number[protected] and they said u got 1 month extra validity for using airtel services but when I contact airtel customer care for inquire that call from airtel or not the airtel executive said no call make from airtel and airtel representative not contacted you they said this Number is fake and fraud bcoz I have truecaller app it shows this Number belongs to Airtel office Pune MH but airtel customer care not accepted their own fault and issue. plz take action for this

    I had ported from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid on 15.01.2016 with mobile internet pack, but still I can't access the mobile internet. Complained many times through Mail and customer care, but of no use. I can't attend my online transactions and suffering very much. The represents at Local Airtel store ( Srikakulam, A.P) are also not attending to my problem. My handset is in full working condition.

    My problem still not resolved.. People from airtel technical team call me and tell, "please switch off and on your handset sir, it'll work now, we resolved your issue". But the problem still not resolved. How can I approach to resolve it.
    Still not resolved..

        On 10 feb, Airtel 129 store advertising that recharge 198 get 2 gb but given 1.5gb, i also told customers care but not solve the problem by told that updating process...one more complaint that recharge Rs28 get 1p/sec for 56 days pack but given 10p/min for 4 days

          Recharge with Rs.52 for 1.2p/2sec on 8-1-16, then on 14th January & 18th January again Rs 52 has been charged form my account, after my request it stooped on 26th.thus a illegal deduction of Rs 104 from my account

          similarly in the same mobile no-[protected] recharge rs 49 for 200 MB 3G data on 1-2-16 & again on 6-2-16 rs 49 recharged for 3G data and also rs 140 on on talk time, but on 12-2-16 rs.98 has been deducted from my talk time balance without informing me along with all the available balance forcing me to again recharge on 13-2-16 for rs140.
          so being a disgusted user i have no option to switch over to another service provider

            Hi,

            Before taking the connction the airtel broadband team promissed me that then can provide 16 mbps speed and the installation feel will be refunded as I am already using airtel postpaid connection.

            But after I got connection, I really got surprised that I have got only 8 mbps speed. now they are saying there is no 16 mbps speed feasibility at my location.I have escalated to the top most level but still no luck.

            And now I didn't get the refund as well.

              I am a prepaid Airtel mobile service customer. I used the DND (Do not disturb) service to disable advertisement calls which were so disturbing.

              But now the most annoying part is that Airtel is now making me listen to their advertisement (now get 90% discount on recharge...) before they proceed to connect the number I have dialed.

              I would request TRAI to take necessary steps to ensure prompt telecom services. Its not about Airtel but any other service provider should immeidtely procced to connect to the dialed number and give standard tonal response as to wheather the number which is are trying to reach is getting connected or busy or whatever.

              I urge you to look into this as a matter.

                    I have ported out from idea to airtel 4g network Mumbai . now I can't receive calls from airtel users since I got my airtel aim activated. Customer Care isn't aware abt the issue.

                      I was deducted with 100 rupees and then a couple of months later one of my relative also faced the same problem. Both the times i tried to lodge a complaint and the customer care centre gave me false reasons of net access. When i was already having data balance in my account with proper validity. Airtel is a proper FRAUD.

                          I have lost my sim card of the above number with cell phone for which I have given request to block it... but they did it as I requested no issues on it.. then next day that is today morning I went to ganapathy, coimbatore airtel show room ..to get a new sim.. that guy was really lazy and was not responsible he charged me Rs.25 /- and gave me a new Sim card and said me that will be activated in max 4 hrs ...but still he has not processed my request because my sim is showing up INVALID SIM... I am customer from years of airtel I have nearly 15 connections ..but today because of his response I am ashamed to be an customer of airtel ...SHAME ON AIRTEL. ..I have planned to quit airtel and move to AIRCELL I will take all my 15 numbers to AIRCELL ..because of the shame full act today... Money deducted for 24mb(which the call centre person admit to) out of main balance when in fact I had about 30mb balance, called it reservation for a site. My main balance entirely drained out.

                                Around 3-4 months back I am full fan of Airtel and I have suggest too many members to take airtel connection but now Airtel signals are worst than other all network ..and call charges are too high and no offers in all on line sites ..every one bans airtel they are clearly writing offer not applicable only airtel..I think Airtel should look into this issue ..otherwise Airtel situation will be like NOKIA or Kodak

                                      Would like to bring to your kind notice that Airtel has cheated me by deducting money from my bank account by producing Fraudulent bills. Let me tell you very clearly...

                                      I was a Postpaid customer of Airtel for sometime but due to their excessive billing and over charges I had to cut down my postpaid connection and returned as a Prepaid customer. While I was a postpaid customer I had linked my Bank Account for a smart payment option via HDFC bank in order to pay my postpaid bills which was roughly around 1200 Rupees approx every month. While the request to cut down my postpaid connection was taken forward and I ended my Postpaid connection around March or April 2015 and from that time I am a Prepaid Customer. Here is what Airtel tried to cheat me ..

                                      Airtel started sending me the bills under my number and they started to produce the bills randomly charging me around 1000 Rupees to 1500 Rupees and they tried to produce the bills every month and tried to deduct from my HDFC bank account through smart pay option and this occured for nearly 6-7 times and around Sep 2015 they did even deduct money for which I had to pay the bank though I did not use Postpaid connection. I willl definitely file a case in the consumer court of law under IPC Section 420 and I appeal Airtel to reimburse the amount with interest and penalty. I also request the court to permit the TRAI to audit the billing system of Bharti Airtel India Limited

                                        Impressed by Airtel's service I've recently opted to port from Aircel to Airtel. After 7 days of purchasing sim I've been asked to prove my identity by making a call to 59059 on 10th Feb 2016:00 AM IST and was told that it would take 4 hours to activate the sim. It's been more than a day and yet my sim is not activated. When I call a customer care executive she says it would take additional 24 hours to activate my sim. This is the only number I use and I was unable to make or receive any calls for 2 days. Regular mails were sent but reply was poor. NO PROPER RESPONSE for such inconvenience caused.
