In the myAirtel app, I looked for an offer, Rs.16 offer (saying: All STD @25p/m). I reacharged for the same, turns out, it only is applicable to STD calls. But last month it was available for local calls too. the i looked for another offer of Rs.12 saying STD MOBILE calls @25p/m. But it is also for STD calls only!
so if Rs.12 offer and Rs.16 offers are the same then why do they exist in two different rates? same with the Rs.8 and Rs.18 offer, both offer same benefits and the same validity! Why is Airtel not paying attention to its services provided. Makes me think if it was the biggest mistake to port to airtel.

    I got my No. [protected] recharged today by 205 in d notion that it would give 1 Gb 3g balace for 28 days. Bt to my surprise got only 500 mb for 14 days. I have been mislead by wrong info. Provided by Airtel. When ever i was switching my data off, a message was displaying in following manner:
    53=500 mb 2G for 14 d
    205=1 Gb 3G for 28 days

      Hi,

      I recently moved from Docomo to Airterl, thinking Airtel wud provide a better experience. Untill i figured out their strength...

      I have been experiencing the worst service from airtel ever. My phone supports 4G but Airtel netwrk is so pathetic that the 3G connection itself is horrible. I don't know why such big adds are made on 4G, do not boost about the BS conection you have.

      You are loosing all the fame by providing such weak and worst netwrk ever.

      I was supposed to get home after my wrk at 8 in the evening, however i could not even book a cab for myself, I couldn't ask help from anyone at that point. This is a repeated instance just in a month..M pissed up!!! Plz into the data connection issue and resolve it asap. Otherwise u r gonna shut down very soon.

      I am sure I am not the only person facing issues from Airtel... the so called brand...

            Dear friends,
            Airtel is Fraud company . They cheat the customer by deducting balance without prior intimation.
            In my case I demanded bill but they did not ask / inform me about 50 Rs charges per bill. But Airtel deducted it afterwords.
            It happened twice so without prior intimation 100 Rs got deducted

              Excess amount paid to airtel to be refunded,

              This is Regarding complaint towards postpaid number [protected], I have made an excess payment of 500/- Rupees toward airtel Postpiad

              My number has been blocked on 22nd December, Since then they agreed to make the payment within 45 days, I have provided the required documents towards this blank cheque, a copy of bank statement and agreed to credit the amount in my bank

              I am regularly following up but not getting...

              Airtel fraud and bogus companies active On 7th feb 2016 I was had paid Rs 500/- and submitted my documents for vodafone to airtel prepaid migration. the persons who called me and delivered the sim block my no.and the sim is still not activated. Is this some kind of fraud that airtel is doing? Please see the attached pictures of the bill and the address of the so called dealer which now i doubt it even exists. ONE POINT ONE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. 339, UDYOG VIHAR, PHASE 4, GURGAON-122016 . Also please note the no. of the persons doing this fraud.

              This is with regards to my postpaid new SIM card that I had applied for on Friday 10/03/2017, ravi Kumar from one point one solutions, which is a airtel partner had come and collected the documents and I had paid rs250 as deposit ( pfa receipt).
              I was also allocated number [protected], subsequently I got a verification call on my mobile number.
              next day, at that Time i gave all the information except sim number because I was out somewhere and didn't have the number ready.

              It's been four days since the verification call but my number is not activated yet.

              Why are your processes so slow and when the verification call happened you all should have had the sim number handy because ravi Kumar had mentioned sim number on receipt, since yesterday I have been calling and I am being told the number will be activated soon, such inefficiencies are not expected from the best mobile service provider. Would request someone from your team to take quick action and get the number activated and also please inform me once the number is activated.

              one point one solutions is a fraud agency, mobile number mentioned on the bill is incorrect and landline nobody is picking up.

                It all started a few days back. I have two nos and my wife has also has two nos. the phenomena of airtel operator coming at the start of any calls made to anyone, started few days back. when we dial a known no. of friend or relative, airtel operator comes on the line offering various schemes. this type of interference never happened earlier. to say the least, this interferene is atrocious. taking away valuable time. kindly stop this practice.

                  Our Mob No. - [protected] and when we purchase pre-paid G3 service for 28 days against Rs. 153 /, you send message duly for 28 days" service.But within 21 days you send messages showing my service will expire in 21 days instead of 28days, though our original purchase says we have 28 days validity and you stop service in 21 days. This is highly irregular and we have failed to attend Hospital service and other jobs .Again we have purchased 28 days service and we are not sure what you will give. We are facing 25% money loss directly and other problems having much value.We have ill people at home.

                            During the connection time on Feb 1st 2016 one of your Executive Mr Kartik -[protected](Sales team) has taken documents and 1500 rs from me instead of 1000 rs for activation charges and has not given me any receipt . He said bcoz i have applied online i will receive receipt via SMS.When i didn't received any SMS i tried calling him for 3-4 days neither Mr. Kartik nor His manager Ms Deepa [protected] are receiving my call.

                            When i registered a complaint i got the connection i have given complaint stating that 1500 rs as well as about this two Fraud executive in your Organization Complaint No[protected] .

                            After that i have received the connection on 6th Feb 2016 and got the bill on 12th 2016. During connection it was promised to me that Rs 500 will be adjusted during my Billing Cycle.
                            Today i called Mr. Kartik and asked him weather you refund 500Rs or tell to your team about that so they can adjust in my billing as a proof but he started using slag languages and said do what ever you want to do and threatened me. He will not refund and can do anything bcoz he is local guy,

                            just tell me have your people have taken any action against this 2 fraud in my earlier complaints . This peoples are cheating around in Bangalore and threatening to peoples.
                            kindly take action against him or i have to file an FIR. as he his threatening me bcoz he has got my address with him.

                            I am scared about Airtel and your executives.
                            Kindly disconnect my connection i can't have a connection with criminal and fraud peoples who are treat to there customer.

                            I don't want my 500 rs back just disconnect your connection don't know tomorrow your executive will come down to my home and will start beating and harassing my family for 500rs.

                            Your peoples are very dangerous Fraud with Criminal minded

                              I have been using Airtel postpaid service. I am facing lot of call drop, and call connection problems. It has become very poor service from Airtel. Every call drop costs me money as well as patience. It is irritating service. I reported this problem to the service provider multiple times. But there is no resolution from the provider. I hope I will get some resolution from this forum. Hence I am posting this complaint.

                                Duplicate sim not activated after 24 hrs

                                I 'd like to bring to everyone's notice that i had got a duplicate micro sim card on feb 13 2016 and was informed that it would be activated within 4 hours. However it is extremely disappointing to note that it has still not been activated after 24 hours..                                 data balance was 27 MB but they deducted my main balnce Rs 120 n they refund only Rs 60 saying that they cnt do anything . i m felling cheated . They dnt deduct from data balance when 27 mb was remaning but they started deducting from main balance .

I got wrong information on telephonic conversation abot data in plan as they said their is free 8gb data in paln but when i saw bill their is only 6gb free data in plan and another 2gb for Rs450 is aslo activated on same plan but i never been told about this., never got any massages . so now i need to adjustment in my previous bill

                                    Today 15 mints ago i got a call from this number - [protected] ... they were petending to be calling from airtel ... they said they were having a pending amount on me of 1500 rupees ... for a random number ( that i never used it in my life ) the number is - [protected] ... and they said the number is disconnected ... but i called on this number it is still activate ... i don't knw whats going on ...
