Hello Airtel,
I would like to put forward my case with AIRTEL postpaid.
I have concerns about my airtel bill with number : [protected] in the name of "Ritesh Bansal".
This is having a family plan for 999 per month.
I have attached the August Bill which I have concerns about.
You can notice that there is a 10 day international roaming pack applied on the bill.
When I talked to the customer care they say it is not possible to revoke it and also they did not have information about why and whom applied this plan for.
This is extremely bad on airtel behalf. We would like to get this resolved as My number is suspended because of this.
