[Resolved]  Airtel IPTV Service — TV channel service not in order.

Date - 11.06.2016
Tv channel service by airtel called iptv not functioning. Their technician came, checked and finally told that set top box is to be replaced and will be done in 2 days. Set top box is airtel supply item, so airtel have to replace.
Till date ie on 29.06.2016 airtel have not replaced set top box by saying that the same is not available in their stock and is being procured by airtel.

Meanwhile bill for full month have come though service is down from 11.06.2016.
Desire :
Restart iptv service immediately by replacing with new set top box.
Refund the amount of no service period alongwith penalty.

Finally on 30.06.2016 airtel replaced set top box after lodging complain thru this consumer complain and action taken by you .Thanks for the prompt action.

Meanwhile bill for full month of June have come though service was down from 11.06.2016 to 29.06.2016 .
I discussed the matter with Airtel and Airtel over phone confirmed that the amount of bill will be reduced considering no service period .
But no action / revised bill received so far from Airtel.

Desire : Reduce the amount of bill by considering no service period of 11.06.2016 to 29.06.2016 ( alongwith penalty for no service).

my complain has been attended by service provider after it was taken up thru you .

When they were not taking action for 20 days, the action they took within 2 days .
