[Resolved] Airtel — Ir benefit not received: earlier complaint not resolved | |||
Since there was no resolution, I am repeating my complaint in this forum. Using AIRTELapp I recharged IR pack for voice and data for Rs998, tr id[protected] on 8.1.17. The money was promptly debited, but this was not appearing in transaction history or in my account through your app. The pack was not effective. I was travelling overseas and was in great trouble. I made a complaint, ref PR[protected] on 10.1.17 but it was closed by you arbitrarily without resolving. I am now back in India and have no use of the IR pack. I request you to refund the money asap.
