[Resolved] Airtel — ir pack issue. they cheated me every time

I put ten day ir pack for malaysia it includes unlimited calls and 3 gb network pack. But i cant use data. They charged for using data service. Totally i raised the complaint 8 times but they don't rectify my problem. Problem is in their network side. So i asked to refund the amount for not using the data service. But they said they have no option to refund. Only have option to provide fake ad's lol.

Updated by Senthil Murugan Funny, am complaining about network status and you failed to contact me, , I already shared my alternate number with you people many times refer my complaint history, anyway thanks. Airtel not for people ony for cheating money.
