I want to tell you that how many times your airtel team member contact and tell me the all problem i m facing in previous 15 day but there is no inquiry no solutions provide yourairtel team. My phone is redmi note 3 sim is also 4g but internet is not access single is full in my location.
I have recharge plan 349 rs.

      Hi team,

      This is to notify you that the data card i ahve purchased on 15th april and at that time i was being told that if i make the 2 motnhs of rental in advance then i get the data card for free. So then i paid directly for 2 months in advance and i was using this connection and while i bought this connection so the store people told me that you do not have to pay for first two months and after that you bill will be generated so you have to make the tax payment of this 2 months at that time. So i was worried free for the apymetn of my data card number [protected].

      But dispite this i was receiving the messages to make payment of 480 rs which is tax for 2 months within 1 month of buying this connection. But i waited for the third month to star and i was about to make payment in the third month for the tax of first two month and the third month bill.

      But then here comes the shock by airtel that they have barred the services of my data card on 3rd july which is quite disappointing because the third month was not even over and they have diconnected this connection without intimating me for the barring of this connection.

      And today when i needed this data card then i contacted the customer care and asked them to reactivate and waive off the money for which airtel have barred my connection but the floor supervisor name "varun deep" bluntly said that this can nto happen and i have to make the payment for which airtel have barred my services. And later he has taken the disconnection request as well with the request no. 77868986.

      Hence i request you to waive off the money from 3 july to 18th july for which my connection was not working and reactivate my connection immediately.

        Greetings!

        This is jagadeesh and i wanted to share my experience about your network and the customer service

        I am facing the network problem in bangalore city and i have raised about 10 + complaints so far. I tried reaching the support team, csr team, nodal team, appellate team but no proper resolution (And now don't know whom to contact next ;- (). It's been almost 3 months now and still the problem exists. Whenever i reach the team they just say "we are escalating the issue and would resolve in 72 working hours" (Not sure how many 72 hours passed in last 3 months and they always use the templates to respond me. Even after asking them to document what we discuss they never put in email). Sometimes the nodal team representative is very rude stating that "the problem will not be resolved for next 3 months as we have to setup a new tower in your area which cannot be done overnight (Yes, literally they used this word)". If that is the case why are you asking me to stay with network? (Agree that you cannot resolve my problem and i will be happy to move on)

        I'm using airtel network since 2007 and these days i feel like airtel lost their credibility and they are least bothered about the customers (As they have 1 million plus customer, they don't mind loosing few of them)

        I don't see any progress and hence would like to switch to any other network where i get a respect being a customer at least

        Airtel is a worst ever network! And very bad customer service

        Also i undergone mental stress talking to airtel team (Everyday about 4, 5 times i have to call them) and also the call doesn't connect at first 5 attempts on an average. Whenever am at residence i have to make multiple attempts (Countless) to make an outgoing call and i wont receive any incoming calls during evening/night hours if am at home.

        I lost so many important calls and also i had to walk about 500 meters to catch the signal. I am currently using whatsapp data to make call (This is from broadband and not from airtel please)

        Worst service and network ever.

                As i have complained earlier about recharge problem to [protected], the problem is not sorted out instead concerned person giving stupid reason saying technical error everywhere in karnataka, this is the worst response. Outgoing call not going, this shows that how airtel is cheating people. Airtel is fraud, service centre in asian business centre gulbarga karnataka is cheating people by collecting money for recharge and not doing the same and simply giving stupid reasons, mr saiprasad and mr amrut collected money from me, sort out the problem or else i have file a case in police station as i'm facing serious problem due to no out going call... Airtel is not india's largest network... Airtel is india's fraudest network.

                  I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 18th july, 2017, today, there was airtel offering unlimited calls and 1gb per day for 70days. After recharge i got 1.2 gb which was only one time after i got from recharge. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and i also raised the issue on their website but airtel completely ignoring my complaint. If airtel cannot provide the data for 28 days why would i recharge with rs.399? I completely dissatisfied with your service. If you can't promised services why do you advertise in media and then cheat customers. You should stop the services if you do this

                      Today when i diled 123 to see my current offer i found 399 recharge with 70 gb 3g 4g data for 70 days and unlimited call same i have taken snapshot also because this is happening second time with me but i got different benefits so kindly resolve or return my money and stop my all airtel services

                        Sir, i tried to get call details through sms two times. Five rs for each message got deducted by the company but still i have not received call list. Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number form 1st june to 15 th july 2017. Please send me the calls list of my number to my mail id as early as possible. Please send on both the email id's

                          Based out of bangalore whitefield. Purchased airtel 4g hotspot. It does not work 90% of the time. When it works, its speed is so bad i switch to normal vodafone internet which is much better. Paying 688 for this is bad. Please assist with speed issues.

                            I have been using my airtel number : [protected] since last 8 years. Today afternoon i see that my phone shows 'no service'. When i call up the customer care i get to know that my number has been suspended.                             My airtel postpaid mobile billing cycle is 6th to 7th of every month and i received current month's bill on 9th of july 2017, as per indian govt gst is implemented from 1st ofjuly & as per my billing cycle from 6th june to 30th june whatever services airtel provided to me should be charged based on earlier taxes (I. E. 15% service tax) & from 1st jul to 7th july they may charge 18% on the services they provided. Rather they charged flat 18% gst on full bill.

                            I want airtel to reconsider their rating & billing s/w based on dates of billing cycle.

                              Sir i had lodged a complain before regarding static ip which we are fighting for around 2 months. Everytime they say you will get ur static ip activated within next 24 hours bt there is no result what we should do now we have been harrased regardung this we have talkted to around 30 times and have record also name instruction id all of them floor supervisor manaer executive n all but there is no response 2 day before call came when i had lodged my first complain bt i said that a staff came and problem is solved but again there are no result we have been harrased and plus in last two months bill we have been charged for static ip how is that possible i m sorry but its a serious issue and ill make sure to take this to court. They say that there is some fault techincal which will be resolved but no response so i m sorry bt airtel has led me down and now ill make sure to take it to court ill make sure that this thing gets socialised more and more and let people know what happens and how ppl are harrased

                                Despite of sending repeated reminders to update the maximum limit to rs. 500, airtel has not updated the maximim limit for the connection - [protected] and airtel has not bothered to respond for many months and any requests or mails. But still kept charging for service suspended number. I do not understand tricks of hidden charges and fake bills for a suspended number.

                                Kindly request you to remove all the hidden/unfair charges and send me the revised bill statement with maximum outstanding balance of rs. 450+tax.

                                  My internet 4g speed was not coming properly. I have taken a plan of 1199. I called airtel customer care and told them about this issue. They told me that multiple internet ids are active on my number that's why internet speed has been hampered and they assured me that it will be resolved in 6 hours. After some time i got an sms that internet problem has been resolved, but after 2 days again same problem i faced, i again called them and i got to know that multiple internet ids are active on my number. Its been a month now. Whenever i call them, they send an sms that problem is resolved. Today again when i called they said the same thing multiple internet ids are active.

                                  So they misguide the customer by sending sms without resolving the problem. They are liars and harassing the customers. What is the use of getting plans of 1199 or 1399 when they cant give proper services. When i ask them to deactivate my number they say we cant take that request as their system tools are not working.

                                    I was experiencing network issue in last month (June), so i contacted to customer care. They advise me to upgrade my sim to 4g sim. I did that on 28th june 2017, since that day i am not able to use airtel service. I went to airtel gallery on 2nd july 2017 and purchased new 4g sim at rs.25 for my postpaid connection.
                                    Again that sim is not showing any signal/network on any phone. I raised a complaint again for this issue but this time they said your number is active in our system don't know why you are nor having signal. Now they given other resolution is to transfer my postpaid connection to prepaid connection to get service available in 24 hours. I apply for prepaid connection on 12th july 2017. Still sim is not in active mode. No signal/network on phone.

                                    Today again I called customer care to ask status of my SIM activation, they said we will not raise a complaint from here you need to drop a mail regarding your issue to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com they will look into this issue.

                                    I got shock by listening this resolution and answer from them.
                                    If we not complain or tell the issue to customer care to resolve it then to whom should we approach? consumer court? ( Call reference ID: cdmnp[protected]).

                                    Junior executive Said: Your document not uploaded in system. We can't raise a complaint from our end. because we not see you number details in system.

                                    Senior Said : Your documents are uploaded in system and it shows active also. But we cant raise a ticket for this issue.

                                    I need a resolution as early as possible. I got irritate by keep calling customer care. No one is giving proper info and now I loose the hope from customer care also after hearing this kind of response. Only consumer court left to help me out.

                                    Please provide me the Estimated time to resolve this issue.

                                    it not resolved yet. I received a call from Airtel person on last 21/07/2017 and he assure that SIM will get activate in next 24 hours. Don't know what airtel guys are doing. Seriously its not accepting. Even i checked with Airtel executive person who sits in my office premises, he said my airtel number is not reflecting in AIRTEL prepaid system.

                                    Its really ridiculous. And this what you called a APANA NETWORK you are really fool your customer and people with your advertisement.

                                    Airtel executive who sits in my office premises, he is also not looking into my issues on high priority. he knew that I am suffering from this network issue since last month.

                                    Still he not taking action and steps to get it resolved by escalating the issue from his end. I took a PREPAID SIM from him only. I need an answer from you that why you keep a executive in office premises to help your customer to resolve their queries or just to do marketing of your PLANS. First try to provide a proper service. I have last option to file a proper complaint against AIRTEL. Like they force me to convert from POSTPAID to PREPAID. I loose my benifits in it. And still they are not activating my SIM CARD.

                                      I got the sim from airtel ten years ago when i was unmarried. I got a message yesterday saying that i have to reverify my connection using aadhar card. I got married before aadhar cards were issued in india therefore my aadhar card shows a different name (Husbands name) as compared to my maiden name which was used to purchase the sim ten years age. Saff at the airtel gallery refused to re verify my connection for this reason. I am aware connection will be discontinued by february next year if re verification with aadhar card is not done.
                                      Customercare says that they cannot attend to this problem and cannot lodge a complaint but they were kind enough to take feedback with reference no [protected]. I have additionally put in a complaint on your website pr[protected].
