I did a recharge of rs. 1000 to a wrong number by mistake through patym, the patym team asked me to speak to the airtel customer care executive but when i tried to the contact them at 121, 198, [protected] etc. There was no option of speaking to the executive i literally tried very number provided on google but no response.. Not even a single zonal /nodal officer cared to answer the calls.. Highly disappointed by airtel service...

    We, ms maktel power limited, 659, gidc estate waghodia, vadodara are having a cug conenction with airtel. From last one month we are trying to have portability to vodafone, but somehow our request has been rejected due to mismatching of our authorised signatory. We corrected the signature as per our documents submitted to airtel company at the second attempt. But then it was rejected as some outstanding amount was due. We paid the amount and got the acknowledge through sms. So then we again applied for portablity, but again it was rejected for signature of authorised signatory.
    We request airtel to look into this matter urgently and clear our application as soon as possible

      Airtel dth account number [protected].

      Yesterday, i logged into airtel website to pay my dth charges. Account showed my monthly package is 677. I therefore paidpaid my monthly charges online via airtel website. Immediately my dth got activated.

      Today morning again, it is stating my account has insufficient balance. I spoke to 3 customer service representative; got 3 different versions and all 3 calls were hanged by the customer care representatives.

      Customer service rep 1 - told me airtel backend team has activated a quarterly subscription from the backend — i asked him how can you do it without customer's consent. He said he cannot do anything as it has been done by the backend team.

      Customer service rep 2 - tried explaining the package but, when i insisted on sticking to the existing package and want my services resumed right away. He asked me to hold the line and disconnected the line after 19 minutes

      Customer service rep 3 - asked him to connect the line to supervisor. Supervisor disconnected the lie stating she cannot hear the customer voice

      I want my services resumed now. Who will compensate me for the issues i have faced becuase somebody at airtel chose to change my package without my permission.

      These companies get away with these kinds of issues either giving false information or giving reasons like facing technical challenges. Eventually, it's the consumer who faces the burnt. I want you to penalize airtel for changing customer information without customer's consent, lying and trying to mislead customer by giving technical jargons.

      Customer service rep 4 - Took 30 minutes for the call. Kept telling me that his senior my plan to the previous one (monthly) and transfer the funds back to my account. Then he stated that his senior was busy. He will get it done in next 30 minutes

      Customer service rep 5 - He stated that he can change the package back to monthly but cannot refund the funds to my account.

      I WANT my monthly package and my services resumed NOW. It should reflect the amount I paid for.

      Moreover, who will compensate me for the issues I have faced becuase somebody at Airtel chose to change my package without my permission.

      These companies get away with these kinds of issues either giving false information or giving reasons like facing technical challenges. Eventually, it's the consumer who faces the burnt. I want you to penalize Airtel for changing customer information without customer's consent, lying and trying to mislead customer by giving technical jargons.

        Airtel disconnection!!! And they are asking for money

          My number is [protected], i had came a call from mnp department in which they offered me an offer of (1gb data /day and unlimited calling for 70days)
          Because of that i cancelled the port in in other operator.
          But when offer was not activated i called in customer care my call had been transferred to senior executive supervisor vaibhav atak, i requested him to arrange call back from mnp team, but refused to take complaint and used some abusive words ended call.
          I did not expected such type of service from airtel executives, airtel executives not provide any information when you call in help desk,
          Airtel mnp department offers bluff and fake offers to hold or to port in in airtel and when time to credit offer they said that there is no such offer offered by us.
          Even you are not able to contact on the numbers from which department call you.

              poor voice quality,frequent call drop and data at 2g

              Very poor voice quality, frequent call drop and no data or at 2g. Complaint made to everyone appellate authority. Response is it is best possible network from them. Unsatisfactory and feeling cheated. Unable to take calls from my home and also make any call. Complaint lodged 15 days before after that i emailed to everyone for early resolution. I am airtel postpaid corporate connection. All other networks vodafone, jio, aircel all are working...

              My retailer (Flexi) no. Is [protected] i unable to do recharge through *122* offer recharge system for any customer mob. When i do this get a masses that "you are not authorized to access this hand set". I have complaint several time regarding this but solution not provided. Due to this issue i have got loss for "extra commission" in last 2 months.

                My story with banking fraud with my bank account linked to airtel sim will make you inspect and believe that airtel might be behind so many financial frauds happening in india.

                After reading my story a media company can run a statistics to identify percentage of frauds on accounts linked to airtel sim phones which will be considerably higher as compared to other mobile phones and it is upto crime police to identify whether airtel executives are involved in these financial crimes

                Please read my story and take this to masses so that it helps other people, and punishes criminal facilitators in airtel.

                I have a story with evidences against airtel and looking for help from digital and print media to cover my story which si also in interest of nation due to ongoing financial fraud across the world;

                My story (About my f. Ir. To cyber crime police gurgaon on bank fraud in my account)

                On 28th may 2017; i sensed a sim swap fraud on my mobile no [protected] when my mobile balance as seen on airtel app on broadband seemed to reduce without me using the sim, i carefully checked my phone to find on 28th may that my airtel sim was also working; yet my airtel balance was getting debited;

                After realizing something fishy and wrong, i called up airtel customer care to immediately block my sim after realizing something wrong and suspect in my sim card from airtel;

                I have series of calls one after another (In space of an hour each on 28th may); and have maintained a call log history with names of airtel customer care officials. Calling reference nos /and list of calling officials whom i spoke and some call recordings which are sufficient to prove the fault done by airtel;

                I not only spoke to airetel executives but also called up floor supervisors; to block my airtel sim 5-6 times, and in one of the calls airtel provided me wrong information that my sim is already blocked.

                Next day (29th may afternoon) airtel appellate called me and told me next day on 29th may that due to airtel technical error the sim was not blocked, after this i checked my bank accounts finding a fraud of one lakh rupees in my standard chartered account which i reported to standard chartered customer care; unfortunately fraud prevention of standard chartered bank and help and advisory given my standard chartered bank was not sufficient to stop a continued fraud of 97000 on 30th may… (Combining as total fraud of 1.97 lakhs - 1 lakhs on 29th and 97000 on 30th may)

                Anyways, in either of above cases airtel is liable to pay the damage plus harassment to me;

                Airtel blocked my sim only after i went to airtel store to get a new sim on my name …but till then my 1.97 lakhs were taken out as fraud from my account

                Complaint was lodged in cyber police on 30th may (At cyber police gurgaon) where i met senior official of police of gurgaon, haryana and cyber crime police, haryana but it has been a month and the process si going very slow (Despite my repeated requests to police si yet to take the action on airtel and arrest airtel officials who are involved in fraud.

                - summary points are:

                1) i was told by cyber police the maximum no of banking frauds happen on bank account linked with airtel sim phones. As it easiest to swap/hack airtel sim phones;

                2) despite airtel staff knowing about increasing no of frauds using their sims, airtel did not acted to block my sim on 28th which makes my belief stronger that airtel si involved in these crimes; this crime could have been easily prevented by airtel (I have lodged police complaint with gurgaon police but i am yet to find answer whether airtel staff was involved in the fraud or whether it was technology error by largest company of india);

                My understanding si that airtel was involved in the fraud and party to fraud,

                In my nervous problem, a nd despite struggling with disability and paralysis, i rushed immediately in panic and anxiety to get all my bank accounts blocked; in this was airtel executives caused fraud of 1.97 lakhs in my bank account;

                I will always condemn and shame airtel due to this harassment and agony caused to me;

                I have all call recordings and proofs against airtel and for its technical failure/ hints that airtel executives are involved in banking frauds happening where customer has airtel mobile linked to bank accounts)

                I am looking from contacts in print and digital media where i can share my story which is o[censored]tmost interest and is an example of latest frauds happening today;so that my criminal case with police can be expedited and airtel executives are investigated and punished on this crime…

                In short sunil mittal company airtel breeds many criminals in its company who are involved in banking frauds and my plea is to get this investigated in benefit of millions of citizens in india and in giving me justice from airtel.

                    I am not receiving sms from irctc booking details, bank otp, bank transaction sms for the past 2 months. I have complained to airtel two times but they have closed complaints without solving the problem. After seeing all the above complaints i understand that this is being done by airtel to haress consumers. Whenever i lodge complaint they try to blame irctc or bank and ask us to check with them. I asked them how suddenly one fine day irctc, bank stop sending the messages and i told them this is the issue of airtel. Such type of attitude from airtel customer care means all may have to think of changing to some other network. My no [protected]

                      Hi all,

                      This is anil using airtel postpaid sim with "[protected]" from couple of years.

                      Had many issues with airtel billing, network, & customer service etc.. But i hv not escalated or highlighted this issues on any social sights.

                      Now i had a internet usage issue reporting from past 20-25 days no proper response. Hence, call cc to check the status.

                      This is a high time the advisor deepak previously mohan lot many from cc team dare to disconnect the call on my face without giving any resolution. Is this the service we should get being an corporate user of airtel.

                      Being the customer we have all the rights to talk to the supervisors, manager's if they are unable to resolve next level we have all the rights to talk to company ceo. But wn i ask deepak to transfer the call to his supervisor he disconnect my call on my face. Not only he couple of the advisor did the same.

                      My request is someone from higher level has to check all my call recordings and give me a callback and let me know what action you guys have taken against the advisors.

                      If i don't get any response within today eod i ll take dz from my end.

                        Hi,

                        First my issue is that i called more than 10 times to airtel to resolve my issue and every time they said senior manager is busy and he cannot take your call. This happens to me more than 5 times. Finally, i got in touch with him after trying for more than 20 days and he promised that my issue will be resolved in 3 days and they will call and confirm. Nothing happened even after 10 days.

                        Secondly they said they will call back but never got any call from them. This also happens more than 6 times. Once, i ask call center guy that i am waiting until you don't connect me to senior officer. He put my phone on hold for more than 20 mins and no one came back to talk.

                        I totally got irritated as i called them more than 10 times for this issue but there is no response from them.

                        My issue is that firstly i paid 5000 for my yearly pack but then later i paid another 500 for activating my hd. On phone they confirm it will be done but the same was not activated even after 6 months and i ended up paying additional 1500 for hd pack. I realized this when my balance went zero.

                        I fed up calling them and explaining this issue but they are ignoring it and doing nothing.

                        So, in the end i have decided to go legal and put case on airtel. This is not for money but this is for my right and respect which i lost during this transaction with airtel.

                          Airtel internet is worst & very slow, cheap marketing of one airtel whenever i try to open any website one airtel gets open i called costumer care 6 times & complained about it but nothing happened they are just promoting wynk music app on one airtel & using very cheap marketing strategy. It's very irritating when you're searching for something important.

                            I got offer by sms that.. 345= 1gb/day 4g/3g data + unlimited all calls, 28 days. My handset is a 3g set (Microsoft lumia 535). I recharged by rs-345 on 09/07/2017, but i got 1gb data only in total. No further data is not available. When complained to 198, i am said that he has nothing to do. Even 198 official behaved roughly when called for help on 13/07/17.

                              Seems airtel secure is a scam.
                              What they mailed... For my device claim – service request # 2124058...

                              We regret to inform that your device claim has been rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property..

                              It's all making money... Nothing else.
                              I never mishandled my phone ever. Even my 1 &half year old phone looking like as i have ever been careless 4 my phone.
                              Please do not come with lame excuses like this &provide me constructive answer.

                                I am posting here to express my dissatisfaction with airtel services and expecting a solution from airtel.

                                I was a loyal customer to your brand, i was quite happy with prepaid service and network coverage, then these customer care people called us and nearly forced to change to postpaid connection for their own business and incentives and we changed all our prepaid numbers to postpaid, just because we had faith on the brand and its services.

                                But now, thanks to airtel, our point of view is changed, after bill payment for the month of may, we requested them to close the sim services, informing the bill collector many times as we are not using it currently.

                                They closed 2 but left one activated and each month we are getting a increased bill.
                                Why will we pay when we already requested to close. Then someone called us from customer care, to pay the bill and when i told them that i already requested to disconnect the connection she told me, i will have to pay and when i asked for usage details for which i should pay, she disconnected. She was so damn arrogant and first you should teach these people how to talk to customers. We don't have time for this rubbish. This is pure harassment, not expected from a brand like airtel.
                                Really disappointed. For any business you need to value the customers. All we need is to be charged reasonably. And take it as a review, you have the worst customer care service. We want a solution asap

                                    I am srinivas, i placed request for mnp from vodafone network to airtel on my number [protected] on 29th june which got processed on 7th july and my mnp got activated on 11th july.

                                    The problem here is, initially i was given sim at airtel hsr layout office, bengaluru by priyanka, she told me she is unable to register this sim due to some technical glitch and handed over me temporary sim and advised me to collect another sim once my mnp request is completed, as advised i went to airtel to collect new sim and got the new sim, which she never registered and later again i went, now another lady advised me she will register this new sim and update me, but this never happened.

                                    On 11th my number got ported to airtel and due to sim registration issue my number is not working, i again went to airtel office this time sridhar advised me these sims are not registered and handed over me another new sim and promised it will be activated in max 4hours but till now nothing has been done, my phone is not working from past 3 days, every time i call airtel office they simply say it will get activated in another hour, i am hearing this from past 3 days, for sure your staff is either irresponsible or don't have sufficient knowledge to process mnp request, even if i collect sim at road side shop i would have got much better service.

                                    I hope at least now you guys will take some action and activate my number, i am facing lot of issues since my number is not working since 3 days, i even had to cancel my travel due to this

                                    Pls take stringent action against airtel office hsr layout staff and educate them so that these kind of issues don't reoccur.
