My issue is still not resolved and its high time now. Before the issue was that i got the sim from your office and left that back in india and after some time i came to know that same no. Was issued to another user and that is not understandable at all that how it is possible.
Later new sim was issued according to your email and it was handed over to my relative in india. As per customer care executive, he got instruction from my relative to disconnect the services but as per my relative that never happened.
Now the issue is not resolved, hanging in the same position. I have not used my sim once and the sim is not even working, neither i received a bill or any email correspondence regarding that.
I am really disappointed and dishearten from the scenario and have tried earlier also to contact airtel but no responses.
I am working here in uae under govt. Sector and i don't have that much time to keep asking you again and again for these kinds of issues.
Now i will make sure that whenever i will visit india, i will file a legal case as this is not at all acceptable, paying also and not receiving services at all. I think as we are not in india, companies are just taking money from nri's as they think that we can not do anything or we will not raise issues to authorities.
Upon issuance of the sim, i requested for the bill on email also but you can check, i have not received a single bill till now.
I did not raise the previous issue also but as per my point of view that issuing a sim to me and then later to another person can create any problem to me. I regret now, not taking legal action that time as no one from your side can take guarantee that the sim was in right hands or not. I doubt that now also your company might be playing around and fooling me.
I am attaching my payment receipt for the sim card, my id and other correspondence documents that were presented last time.
Do reply if you can resolve this issue or not, else i will have to take care of this.
