Is it possible to get airtel prepaid call details both incoming and outgoing?
Want to get Dec 20 to January 30 call details of my another number.
Please inform me whether it is possible or not. Then i will provide further details. Just want to know first.
It is a prepaid number that is why asking whether it is possible or not, please revert me as soon as possible.

Airtel Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

This is with reference to your post dated 12 February 2017.

Please SMS “EPREBILL <Month Name> Email id” To 121 to get the bill with outgoing call details on your E-mail id.

However, incoming call details cannot be provided due to unavailability of the same with us.

Updated by twinkles721 Hi, i asked earlier, like is it possible to get airtel prepaid mobile number call details, and i got a revert like send message EPREBILL MONTH to 121, i have done this several times, but nothing is happening, i am not getting anything, is it really works, , please reply asap, is it really proven method to get prepaid bill. waiting for reply

Updated by twinkles721 I have already asked about prepaid call detail system, as per your reply tried EPREBILL MONTH EMAIL to 121, but its not happening anything, getting a sms as they have received prepaid call detail request, but nothing else, is this proven method? if it is, then why i am not getting details of my prepaid number, please reply as soon as possible, thanks
