Thank for your reply, I have the information that this number has been assigned to another customer 5 days ago, please do the needful ASAP, before its too late for the company to do this. How can AIRTEL assign number to another customer in matter of weeks if its switched off.
I understand that there is a gap in demand and supply of MSDN, but it cant be done at the expense of a productive citizen of the country, or a productive customer who has a history of spending a good amount every month.
I am a doctor by profession practicing in hyderabad, I am away for a skills upgrade course in speciality, I have this number listed everywhere, my pateints, my business cards, and is advertised every where in the listing of doctors online and in the AP Dental council. At a personal level its attached with my credit cards, it gets OTP's and messages related to my bank accounts etc.
in the interest of the privacy and security of a customer, and as per directives given by TRAI, please do the needful and do it as soon as possible. before the other customer has already invested time and energy on it.
