[Resolved] Airtel — ISD pack not active for last 4 days | |||
I had an unforgettable experience with airtel customer care, I called 121 and raised a simple request to activate ISD pack on my number. I was told by the customer care Rep to send an SMS “ISDPACK 60” to 51619 which I did however even after waiting for 48 hours the pack was not active. I sent another message and on both occasions I received a reply that your request was successfully captured however the pack is still not active. At this point I decided to call customer care to report this problem. The Rep who answered the call sounds least interested to help and passed the call to his supervisor who also did not help me with the request and asked me to send an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Next day I got a call from another supervisor from airtel who couldn’t help with either and said the only option to activate the pack is to keep sending the SMS on 51619. It seems on one at airtel has the correct info on how to resolve this query. I am very disappointed with this experience and will switch to Vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||
