Airtel — Issue in internet and negligence in solving and wrong information

This whole month I am complaining about my network problem that it is not working. Internet speed is not at all working and I have raised a complaint over 5 times and each time there is just a IVR responding for call when I tried to connect with Airtel consumer helpline number 121. And everytime they register my complain and didnt solved, only i get the confirmation message from Airtel and till date there is no information and neither any improvement in the internet speed and they are updating the false information on Airtel Thanks App that the issue has been resolved. There is no actual person to attend the call or listen to the grievances.
