Airtel — Issue with broadband shifting request

Hi All,

I have been using airtel broadband connection for the last six months and it's recently upgraded to Airtel Black Plan. I had to shift my residence recently which is around 2 km from the current location. I checked with airtel team and they confirmed the airtel broadband feasibility and the new location.

I raised the shifting request ticket with airtel and provided the details and address of the new residence. They confirmed that the shifting will be done. I shifted on Feb 4th, 2022 and the request was raised on 2nd Feb asking for shifting the connection in 2 days. However request wasn't addressed properly. I tried reaching customer care thrice in the week of Feb 7th and they said there's an issue at the backend and they confirmed that the team will resolve it within 24 hours but no one contacted and it wasn't fixed. On Feb 12th I removed the existing connection and raised a request for new connection and the team is reaching out to us.

Airtel has to provide the new connection at no cost with existing Black plan benifits.
