I stay at KPHB 9th phase and in our colony we are having network issue from last 3 weeks and response from airtel is very disappointing. Even after repeat requests and complaints in their app and customer care, it is of no use.
Till this moment no one has contacted me regarding whats the issue and complaints in the app are marked resolved without resolving. They dont seem to care about the customers at all as its not just me, our colony people are facing same issue from more than 3 weeks,
I[censored] really care about us atleast now call me and resolve the issue after this long. [protected].

    I have an airtel company sim card.. I had got a recharge of 999 for lifetime incoming in it, 10-12 years ago from today.And now they have stopped those plans. And have switched off my sim 2 times
    Kindly Get my incoming free for life time

        On 15th January I recharged my number [protected] from airtel app but recharge not done and amount was deducted and not reverse back within their 10 days service.
        I complaint 3 times and shared my amount deducted account statement but they denied by saying that they have not received the money.

          In my airtel Application I see 9numbers bundled without any consent or prior information.

          As I have seen the distractions in my broadband connection I called to customer care number why there is an issue then they said that there are 9numbers bundled in your account so until and unless you recharge your account will not be activated. Then I said that those numbers doesn't belong to me, in that case they raised the issue and said that they will unbundle it. inspite of telling them several times they haven't reacted but activated Wifi for few days it was fine but again the same issue is being repeated so I called them for unbundle those numbers which or not mine but the response from their end was worst. They are not acting properly due to which my WFH is getting effected.

          Until and unless they unbundle I cant get my broad band connection back but the issue is from their end why should I suffer for that. My work is being pending due to this.

          Please take immediate action.

            Airtel DTH is calling continuously for 2 months. I have given the reason why I can't recharge but still, I receive 2-3 calls per day from their end. Now they started asking about my personal details. I'm fed up with their calls. I'm attaching a few of their numbers from which I'm getting multiple calls. Please look into this. This is disturbing my mental peace.

              I vishalakshi w/o T ramu and others, , , from sy.no 101, Thigalchoudenahalli, Dommsandra, Sarjapura road, Bangalore-562125...near by behind our building one mobile tower installation work is running, , , we don't know which company network that is, , , but this tower installation is illigal and offence as per telecom DOT guidelines INDIA, , , , because they r tower installation work done by near residential building and houses...and that radiation is lot of effect for human health and suffering more issues. so we r all given objection letter to nearest village panchayat PDO officer and EO Anekal... therefore dear sir we all r requisting to you pls don't given permission to this mobile tower installation and stops the work., ..., ..thanks

                Dear CC,
                I have done an prepaid recharge to my Airtel Prepaid Number [protected], but mistakenly i punched one number wrong in recharge app.
                I have mistakenly done recharge on [protected] on 01.02.2022.
                Same day i observed my mistake and raised query to Airtel customer acre by telephonic.

                There Customer care team accepted my complaint and assured my that recharge will be shifted from wrong number to your right number i.e. from [protected] to [protected] on 07.02.2022 till 02.30 P.M

                I have waited till today evening, but recharge not done.,

                I have again called to customer care & the CC Executive saying that there will be no solution for this, due to there (Airtel) team mistakenly place wrong number by there side.

                I.E. Airtel Customer Care team mistakenly placed [protected] in place of my correct number & now the query is closed as well as there is no solution.

                I have the call recording as well as you can check Airtel teams call recording because they are recording all calls for internal quality purpose.

                Also i have checking regularly that, which wrong number - [protected], i have put on recharge app is not working from till date to today, and i am sure that its not in working

                The mistake is done by Airtel Team & now they are making me fool, i am using Only Airtel number from last 10 years. As a loyal and regular user of Airtel i am demanding my recharge to be done by Airtel Team

                      Have a connection with Airtel broadband with 40mbps plan and getting only 19mbps speed and facing frequent dropout and the technician stating I have to use single device with broadband to get atleast 25mbps speed on this plan, and not allowing to cancel the connection and by threatening that the deposit amount of 3K won't be refunded. Airtel sales executive have given fake promises and make me to cancel my connection with ACT Internet and forced to get Airtel and now I'm trapped here.

                        Hi have lost my previous airtel number and i coudn't get it back, i have airtel payments bank account with the number.
                        when i contacted airtel team they asked me to send aadhaar and bank cheque to close the account. i have done what they asked and they said account was closed.

                        but now when i was trying to open new airtel payments bank account with my new number it was showing you have already had a airtel payments bank account with provided aadhaar.

                        as airtel is telling that old account was closed, then why can't i open a new account with my new number

                          Name Change in Airtel Prepaid Mobile

                          I have a Airtel Prepaid Mobile number. Unknown to me, my name was incorrectly entered into the Airtel database by the vendor. After the pandemic, the vendor has wound up. I need to get my name corrected. Airtel say this cannot be done online, and I must visit their main Airtel Centre. There is no guidance on Airtel website or from their online call centre regarding the procedure to correct my name. What documents should I show? Airtel representatives...

                          I bought my Airtel Postpaid- [protected] in 2012. I was using it till 2019.
                          But in 2019 i could not pay the bill so Airtel inactivated my number.
                          Now few days I went to AIRTEL Store to resolve this issue and take it my number activate again.
                          They took some documents and assured me that it will be activated.
                          But later evening they told me that it will activated only if i pay 25, 000/- for the number as it is diamond category number.
                          My question is Why i will pay if I already bought it in 2012.
                          Please resolve the issue.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have ported my 2 Tata t24 sim to airtel prepaid . its worked fine for 3 years. now suddenly my both ported sims showing no signals. I make so many complaints to airtel .but still they did not fix the issue. They simply switch of my sims signals.

                                  This type of problem facing only ported sims to Airtel.

                                  Your intervention is highly required to fix this issue.
