Complaint regarding the wrong plan given to me on availing Airtel Broadband connection.

I have recharged my prepaid mobile no for Rs 99 today through Airtel App on 27th December 2021. and received sms with transaction reference no[protected]. The amount has been debited from my bank account but phone is not recharged.
Please take immediate action.

Regarding internet Data

Internet data is not working on my mobile since 1st December and it's not happening first time, it has also happened back in the month of October. I don't know why this is happening .
I have complained many a times and after 7-10 days Airtel used to send me a message like your complaint has been resolved but nothing changed, still I'm facing the problem.
I was forced to buy new Sim card as sometimes there was problem while calling...

Being charged by airtel when it was it's free

Airtel is charging the money during the free pool period, and the customer care says you have minus balance. My question is when they told me it's free trial for a month why are they telling me I have to pay to resume the services, Airtel is very bad at their service in Kaval Byrasandra. All those people out their in Kaval Byrasandra pls refrain from getting enrolled to Airtel, I have even complained about not getting the OTP. Even this issue...

Paytm and Airtel doing fraud?

I recharged my AIRTEL Broadband fibre with 589 on 19 Dec 2021 using Airtel Thanks App through Upi, transaction was successful but recharge was unsuccessful and amount deducted from my account.
On 21 again i recharged with 589 same happened.
I talked to airtel customer care they told me that "you have used our app for recharge as gateway so we cant help, you have to talk to your bank" then I talked to Paytm customer care he told...

Daily data renewal issue

I have recently recharged my number with the revised and increased tariff ₹479 to avail data, voice call and sms services. As per this plan I should be receiving 1.5GB of data, unlimited voice calls and 100 sms everyday. But the data renewal doesn't happen everyday and it continues to calculate the previous day data pack. This is shocking and totally outrageous. I wonder why Airtel not meeting the plan standards of the company as promised....

Airtel prepaid Sim not in my name

I got my prepaid number from the nearest airtel store in Bangalore and changed it to postpaid. I would like to change the ownership from the existing one to my name. Please guide the process....

Refund for dth box

I have stopped using Airtel dth connection, I want to return the stb and get my refund amount of ₹1500. I couldn't find an option to do this on their website and app. I tried calling customer care but my issue was not solved....

My airtel fixedline installation request number is [protected] and I was supposed to get the brodband connection along with modem within 3 working days. As of now the broadband connection is not installed and 3 days are over, I am in a desperate need of internet connection and this delay is costing me a lot. I have already paid 1768 INR in advance for modem and i call to agent for cancellation but not refund my money in three days pls help...

Sim card not activated even after 24 hrs

On 19th while comin to bhubaneswar from bangalore, my wife forgot her phone at home( @ bangalore).
Since she was on work from home and we were stayin in odisha for couple of months, we decided to get a duplicate sim for her number.
But that never got activated ( tried continuously for 3 days from 22nd to 24th). It got rejected due

Refund related issue

I have recharged airtel mobile number through airtel thanks app for Rs 599 On 3dec and received SMS regarding money transaction and money was deducted from the bank but my number is not recharged . Till now I got no info regarding the recharge and I have also raised complaint regarding the same but no refund has been processed yet. I request you to look on this matter. Hopefully waiting for your response.

SIM not showing service

Hello,
My sim is not showing service, Iam at uae now, it was working for the last three months after I came to uae.
After this problems happens, I recharge for 99 for validity,
Then 799 rs for roaming also.
Still SIM is not active.

Kindly help me to solve this.

Amazon prime membership not being activated

I have recharged for plan 699 on my Airtel number. [protected] on 15/12/2021. Plan includes Amazon prime membership. But when I try to get my membership activated by clicking on banner on Airtel App, the membership is not being activated. I sent email to Airtel. They told me to contact Amazon.
