[Resolved] Airtel — issues on your recommended plan of rs 360 on dth

As per your recommended plan of rs 360, we are not getting few channel as listed by you on this plan like many hd channels and some news. I have called costumer care more than 10 times but they are not responding as per our requirements. Please help us clear this serious issue pr i have to change my dth connection.

Maine 360 Ka package liya tha lekin ab usme jyada chenal nahi aa rahe h
Expand.aaj tak 9xjalwa e24 cartoon etc
Or kuch chenal km Kar Diya h
Unko phone bhi Kiya tha lekin koi response nahi h

I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with a amount of 249 through www.airtel.in website on 27 jan 2019 with
order id. [protected]. The transaction was successfully completed through paytm ( transaction id.[protected]). But the 249 hasn't been activated yet on my number. Thereby i rqst to kindly process the recharge or kindly refund the money.

I have been talking to customer care executive for support, he disconnected my call by saying that I have no issues. Soon after he has called me back by his personal number [protected] and started abusing language and threadening. This how customer care executive supports customer then TRAI must take on it.
