[Resolved] Airtel — it's been 3 weeks and my phone has not been repaired. | |||
Hi, This is regarding the iphone 6s that i gave for repairing in 'airtel secure'. A person took my phone on 12th of july 2017. First the person who took my phone, misused it and the action was taken after i bumped on consumer complaint forum. After that they said that it will take 7-10 days for the phone to get repaired and i'll get my phone after 10 days. That means that i should have received my phone by this sunday 23rd july 2017. Let say that everyone must be relaxing on sunday as you guys work so much on weekdays!!! Then why my phone wasn't delivered by monday, 24th july 2017? Now after i called the company, they said that they sent the phone for repairing on 21st july 2017. Till then who had my phone and why did that person kept it aside when i was been given a verbal confirmation that i'll receive my phone in 10 days? How many times should i make complaints and write emails and call multiple times to you people for my phone? If you guys can't work then why do you open these services? I'm without my phone for more than 2 weeks. Is that joke to you? Before all this, you all made us call you for more than a month to take the phone for repairing where we always heard that "madam i'll get back to you in 48 hours." this is the canned reply we always expect whenever we call to the airtel customer care. Airtel is the pathetic company i've ever seen. This is complete shamelessness that even after complaining so much, you guys take no responsibility and make us write uncountable complaints because of the issues that you people are creating. Learn to set expectations right. "misusing the phone, then keeping the phone for show off and then doing nothing" is what we all have expectations from you all now. I should switch to some other network. At-least they treat their customers with respect and does all the work on expected time and in-fact before the time that they said. Now, would anyone tell me the exactly where my phone is and why is it taking so long? Also, i want to know when i'll get back my phone... That's my phone and not your to keep it. Stop keeping others property. Also, you guys tell me to contact you at '[protected]@in. Airtel.com', so when i did, why i didn't get any reply? First thing, i want my money back for what the ola company has charged me because the airtel's employee misused my phone and secondly compensate for all the inconvenience i've been through because of all this drama for more than a month. You tell me to contact at [protected]@in.airtel.com. Doesn't it look like a canned response? When I call, the canned reply is 'madam we will get back to you in 48hours' and when I raise a complaint here, I get a reply that 'You can also get in touch with us at [protected]@in.airtel.com '. But in both the cases, you guiys never respond. I wrote a mail to the email address that you have given, then why there's no response. This is highly frustrating. I can never get a proper resolution from Airtel customer care. This is very shameful!
I cannot provide my phone number in a public platform. I have no trust on you guys. You people have misused my phone and invaded my privacy. How can I trust anyone of you by giving phone number here? What's the proof that my number won't be misused by any of the employee?
I made a huge mistake by giving my phone for repairing to you people. I'll suggest everyone not to trust Airtel employee in terms of safety of privacy!
I need a quick resolution on this. I have been frustrated with this Airtel service from more than 2 months now. Even your representatives have pathetic knowledge on anything.
