[Resolved] Airtel - Karnataka — Airtel doing Gambling through SMS | |||
Hi, I have an airtel no [protected]. I got an SMS on 3rd July 2014 stating that if I recharge for Rs 103 I will get 300 MB 3g data and extra 300 MB will be credited within next 24 hours. I called 121 care and spoke to the executive who replied me that there is no such offers. I spoke to the floor supervisor Ashweet who gave me some surprising facts that the sms is not sent by airtel and these are set from any third party. I said him to take a complain so that i will not get disturbed by any such msgs but instead of taking my complain he suggested me to go to the nearest police station. I really don't understand why someone will send this type of msg to give revenue to airtel?. These guys are using this stupid trick to loot money from innocent customers.
