[Resolved] Airtel — Ktv and vijay tv not working
Hi, I am facing the same issue, ktv and vijay tv was not working for past 1 week. When i contacted airtel customer care earlier, they said they will send technician to look into this and i have to pay rs.150/- for this. After googling i came to know this issue is already reported and everyone is facing this issue and the issue is with airtel. So contacted airtel customer care again and told them i am not only facing this issue. They said yes this issue is due to some broadcast signal change in ktv and vijay tv network. If there is no issue on our side why we need to pay rs.150/- for the technician. Rather than fixing from the airtel side. So it means every customer of airtel has to pay rs.150/- to view ktv and vijay tv again. This is a poor service from airtel. What will be the technician is going to do going to every home and adjusting the signal? So if i have 50 channels and every channel network changes their network signal every month do i have to pay rs.150/- every time? Is this is the only solution? Is the channel cannot be adjusted from airtel side itself? Was this information helpful?
