Airtel — landline advance rental scam | |
Without permission switched my rental plan from advance rental to monthly rental and billed me for 2200 inr. I am suppose to pay only 4200 inr for 6 months advance rent. This is why airtel monopoly must end and companies like reliance should take over. Airtel is still in the same habit of exploiting its customers. And causing every inch of harassment, until people starts following the instructions. Was this information helpful? | |

I have recharged my mobile (No. [protected]) about 3 hours' ago.
Yet I am getting the message "Your outgoing services have been stopped due to lack of balance". The recharge amount is Rs. 129/-.
This has happened several times before. Can I take legal action against the company?
