Airtel — landline is not working

I am paid my airtel land line/ broad band bill. Using my paytm net banking on 13th may 2018, sum of rs 1064.00. Debited from my account, but now (Till) time the same is not update by airtel. My kindly information the transaction id as rbl[protected] dt 13.05.2018 for rs.1064.00.
