[Resolved] Airtel — Landline not working (Broadband) | |||||
My landline number of airtel is not working for the last 4 -5 days, i had the visited their office yesterday near vardhman plaza, meerut in the morning at around 11 o clock and they just said we had registered your complaint and your phone will be up and running till 5 pm evening, i said alright. But it is still not got up so i visit again to the office and when i told them it is still not working they gave me the customer care number (What the hell is this?). Then its still okay i call on that number and they said its too late, we will arrange some technician kind of visit in the next morning till 12 noon but no one shows up till 12 :30 pm. So i called them again and they said your complaint will be resolved today. How can you do this. You don't have kind of tat for the costumer complaints, then why you are running such companies. I am not satisfied with this company service at all. Please all don't use airtel connection due to the poor costumer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||||
