Airtel — late fee charged-rs. 100 to be waived | |||
Bill no.[protected], phone no. [protected] I am a airtel user for the last 13 years and not a single default in payment till date. I was shocked to get a reminder for payment due on 30th august '2018 with a late fee of rs. 100/-. I have not received the bill and i have made several complaints at the airtel office at chandra layout but of no use. I have made the full payment of rs. 1075 including rs. 100 late fees. Pl. Reverse this immediately, failing which i will forced to switch over to another mobile service provider. It is not the question of rs. 100, it is the way you have treated a long standing customer. Your advertisement on tv are exactly opposite the way you treat your customer. Pl. Rectify your methodology of treating prompt customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been facing network issues with my Airtel postpaid number and have sent multiple emails but now they have stopped responding.
This is so wrong and unexpected from company like Airtel. They charge you on time but dont address the consumer complaints on time. I am facing the issue from last 1 year. Missed many important and emergency calls but get an assurance that Airtel will resolve asap.
