Airtel — late payment fee charged for payment already made | |||
I have made payment for my 2 airtel phone numbers on 14th november 2017 for which the due date was 22nd november 2017. Payment was made from my cc to airtel money and from airtel money to pay my bills from airtel app. Amount got deducted from my cc and was reflecting in airtel money on 14th november. Same day amount got credited from my airtel money for 1104 rs for bills payment. Concerns: amount is still not reflecting as paid for my phone post paid numbers. I tried reaching airtel cc at 121 on 18th and they recommended me to contact airtel bank on contact# 400. I reached airtel bank and a complaint was registered for the same on 19th november 2017. As payment was still not getting reflected in my account on 22nd and was getting sms for late payment to be fined. I again called airtel at # 400 on 22nd november 2017, which was the due date. I even requested them to share an email confirming that amount was getting delayed because of airtel gatway failures. However, arvind from cc denied to share any email. I even tried sending multiple emails to airtel cc and airtel bank post my interaction with arvind, however, till date i have not received any response.
