Airtel — local team not supporting for new 140 connection along with trai registration | |||
Dear team airtel I am chirag joshi from ahmedabad. I have applied for 140 (Telemarketing) line along with trai registration for my business. I have provided all required documents according to your requirement along with 2 cheques (Rs 50000/ & rs 5000/) on 17th january2019. Your local team is not aware abot further process & not co operating to avail me registration & connection when i asked your executive (Uzer ghoghawala) about status & progress of process he replied that if i would ask such questions he will return my documents & not process my application. I said him i will complain to senior management he replied you can contact shri sunil mittal even he do not care. When i asked him about contact no of his senior he replied go to senior management & take number. This is not at all acceptable from such big corporate. Kindly arrange earliest resolution of same & provide me responsible person contact detais from your team.
